  1. Thank you so much for the feedback. We will probably limit the excursions timing so she can eat safely on the ship. Better safe (and full) than sorry!
  2. Thank you - I didn't realize that was an option but will do!
  3. HI - we're on the Western Caribbean Cruise 12/22 leaving New Orleans. Is there anything to do when we port at Roatan or Costa Maya that is NOT already an excursion? Right now the excursion we were hoping to book is no longer showing on the NCL website. I know this may not mean it's sold out but just in case it is...I see I can book something directly with South Shore Zipline (this would be an Eco Walk) but I wasn't sure how that "interfaces" with our party members who booked to go ziplining through NCL and others who may want to go to the site and do something else. Has anyone booked directly with South Shore zipline and was it seamless the day of the excursion? http://www.southshorezipline.com/contact/index.html Thanks everyone!
  4. Thank you - I guess after the next cruise since she is 18, all previous cruises will be added.
  5. Hello, My daughter (and I) have been on 3 cruises and have our 4th coming up. She just turned 18. How do I add in the past 3 cruises so she receives Latitudes rewards , am I able to? And is there a way to change her listing on NCL.com from "child" to "adult"?
  6. Norwegian Breakaway and Getaway were both accommodating for my daughter with Celiac. Speak with the maitre d's and chefs and your child should be fine.
  7. Yes, Norwegian is amazing. There are gluten free and celiac-safe options at most of the dining establishments. Speak with a maitre d and you can also order dinner the night before. My daughter 17 has Celiac
  8. My child was completely accommodated, she has Celiac. We submitted a medical form to the NCL Access desk noting her information. She was able to eat some from the buffet and anything we weren't sure of, we asked and a chef came to speak with us. She also ordered dinner the night before at the restaurants and her food was served along with ours. This was on the Norwegian Breakaway 2x and the Getaway 1x
  9. for an excursion that lasts 7-8 hours away from the ship, has anyone with Celiac Disease done any, and has NCL accommodated them by letting them take any safe food with them? This would be in Cozumel, Honduras, or Costa Maya
  10. Hi - I see the Norwegian Encore has Cagney's, Le Bistro, Bayamo and maybe] La Cucina. Since this is fewer Fine Dining options than the Breakaway and Getaway, would anyone know if the individual restaurant capacities are larger on the Encore? My family and I would be disappointed to be on this ship and not be able to get a reservation anywhere because the seating capacity is small.
