For $1400 dollars difference I would book NRD however the difference in price between refundable and NRD can vary. On one cruise I booked the difference was below $200 so I booked refundable, just in case.

If you live in the United States, there is federal law that specifically applies to credit cards that do not necessarily apply to debit cards. Look at 15 U.S. Code § 1643 - Liability of holder of credit card.
Inside and OV yes. They typically start dropping the price for a veranda for those cruises that are not as popular when you are under 60 days and a lot are available. Also, they can give hefty discounts to in state residents. While it does happen, I believe that low bids rarely win veranda.
On other cruise lines I have had my credit card charged multiple times and then the charges were cancelled. Not sure what happens with debit cards.

We did Tuscan on the first night because of a discount and a lot of OBC. Not sure if it is worth it otherwise.

FYI, with 8 hours in port you have enough time to venture outside the city.
I have not been there since the 2 last hurricanes however, it used to be a nice place to visit for several days.
The Calendar is all wrong on the website for our cruise?
We depart June 20 however, when I log in the website calendar has embarkation for June 19 and June 20th as a sea day. It also has the wrong dates for the cities.
Has anyone else encountered this?
In the real world there are 2 types of bidding, Sealed bids or Open (i.e., continuous) bidding.
Either can be fair however, Celebrity should clearly state it has one or the other.
