  1. George says hello. He's working really hard. May have already been mentioned, dedicated butlers will be back on the Beyond in 2 sailings.
  2. He did! He said in April butlers will be restored for the Summit SS and he will oversee them as head butler. The Retreat concierge told us that 2 cruises ago a man came into the Retreat lounge on the last day of that sailing. He said he didn't know it was there and didn't know about the sundeck. She said to him that was all in the grey folder - he replied that he never opened it. Yikes.
  3. Update: we met George. He has 30 suites (we asked). Our first time on the Summit, he said he used to have about 10 suites.
  4. No dedicated butler on the Summit. Will ask the head butler if he knows the timeframe when we meet him. Been told he's visiting each sky and aqua sky suite today.
  5. Thank you for the reply. We're hoping to make a 6:50 dinner reservation after boarding/muster.
  6. We're taking the train from Denali to Whittier next month on a cruisetour. What time should we expect to be onboard?
  7. Just make sure the gift cards are allocated to each passenger's OBC that you are booking the excursion for. I had gift cards added to cover an excursion, but they ended up only being listed under my name. So I had to call Princess back to divide them between me and my husband. Had no problem using the funds to book the excursion on the website at that point. I had a TA, but they said Princess had to handle gift cards for this purpose (because it wasn't toward fare). I always keep a list of gift card numbers and PINs used on a cruise until it's over, in the unlikely case of a refund/cancellation scenario.

  10. I'm able to access my next cruise by clicking on my picture in the upper corner, which opens up OceanReady profile. The current sailing is highlighted in green in the left blue border "My Journeys". Underneath that is my next sailing that I can toggle to.
  11. We were in a suite on the Enchanted for a heavenly 10 day Southern Caribbean cruise in March. We enjoyed the Concierge Lounge, mainly for the little touches. Like a can of soda from their refrigerator once a day for DH or having a requested wine available during their evening socials for me. It was nice, and comparable to suite service experienced on other lines. Our concierge was very interested in knowing "what more" he could do for us. We're sailing on the Caribbean Princess in a suite next month. I know there is no lounge on the ship. Is there any concierge-type service? Thank you in advance!
  12. X site has this sale ending today. Their ad on this site has it thru 6/15. Post and flyer state 6/30. TA is closed today. Am I safe to think the sale will be "extended" tomorrow? TIA!
  13. My July 2022 and June 2023 cruises were booked with Plus. They both list "Premier Beverage Package Including Service Charges" drink package in the Personalizer under Onboard Services. Terminology...
