I'm surprised nobody stated the obvious right answer >> Both !!! Just kidding . I was going to say Labadee because Nassau is one of my least favorite ports , but then you state you treat it like a sea day ,(I do too) Sooo ,I guess the question for you might be do You really prefer an actual sea day or the half empty ship vibe where there will be less going on and a much quieter day ...? I think My vote will go to Labadee for the reason as someone else stated , that Coco cruises are way more common nowadays . Labadee was my first ever cruise stop 16 years ago ,(sentimental favorite) , and Coco has become one of our favorite stops as well . Love the private islands , Obviously won't go wrong with either pick ! Cheers

If maybe next week has been the response since May , then they definitely aren't sharing all that they know. The massive amounts of money that is paid by the cruiselines to dock at these ports is mindblowing and I'm sure that the NCL bigwigs would certainly be privy to better updates than that . The fact that they just keep selling their cruises under the false pretense that this will be a stop , is inexcusable ! At the very least as some have said there should be a footnote... Maybe like .... "Oh by the way , incase this might be of interest to you ,we have had to cancel this stop on each of our last 20 cruises " I would respectfully disagree with any assertion that there is not fault on the part of NCL !

If these statements are true , this makes my stomach churn when a large company like this gets away with deception and there seems to be no recourse. Reminds me of politicians

We never thought we would sail Wonder for likely a couple more years due to pricing. Had never been on the newest and shiniest model . Got home from Symphony last October and found a surprisingly good price for an interior on Wonder for March , thought about it for about 11 and 1/2 minutes and jumped on it. I'm thinkin the way things are goin now we definitely won't be on the newest/shiniest model again for quite some time ! Freedom/Harmony upcoming for this fall. The hour drive makes me very envious ! Cheers

Liberty interior promenade
LobsterStalker replied to peacefrog's topic in Royal Caribbean International
It was really amazing how easy being truly Dark comes to you in those caves ! We had been questioning for years just based on how little time we actually spend in there in a week if it is really worth the extra cash for us ... I'm glad we took the leap and found out . I'll still stay away from guarantee's though -
Liberty interior promenade

Lots to see if you like to 'people watch' ! Also watch the parades if you are feeling lazy . We have always paid the difference when booking inside to upgrade to Promenade ... Until last fall. We did b2b.. Symphony (boardwalk balcony ), followed by Explorer (Promenade ). At the end of the week we realized we hadn't opened our curtains since the first day . After that we saw a great price for Wonder a couple months ago but price only good for an inside , so decided to give it a try , and loved it!! We enjoyed the Prom view for many cruises ( And you will too ) but will no longer spend the extra to upgrade if choosing an inside cabin , Cheers -
Which one would you choose?

First time on NCL and getting worried

It's one thing to expect the airline to screw up my luggage , but this adds another layer. At least it would be on the way home when I wouldn't need to $tress about it -
Diamond drink coupon question
LobsterStalker replied to oasisorbust's topic in Royal Caribbean International
My drinks , after the conversion to Canadian bucks , are approx. $19 a piece .... So ya , i'll quite value the vouchers !! Cheers -
I feel it would be much more convenient for you to link the Reservations . If you don't link , when you are going to booking all sorts of meals, shows, etc. you would have to punch in reservation numbers each time , whereas if you link them it will be clicking a box each time instead . Seems much less of a hassle Cheers

I agree completely !! If they are going to list it as a benefit of a certain level .... Then you should be able to access said benefit !!! , Otherwise it's a sham .

Things that make me sad about Royal.
LobsterStalker replied to dunrobbin's topic in Royal Caribbean International
Also fresh squeezed OJ < specialty coffes , JR's shakes , And ... If you don't happen to use them all in a particular day , grab a beer or soda at the end of the day to store in the fridge for when u may want an extra ! Cheers And as Mike said ... if it doesn't entice you ... fair enough , probably NOT gonna find much value anywhere else ! -

Really , thoughts for the majority (myself included ) ,is that the first substantial benefit isn't achieved until Diamond when the free drinks start flowing . If you are a drinker at all , this will really add up to a TRUE financial benefit ! I have never bought the drink package as it is not worth it to me , however I do have a substantial 'bar bill' at the end of each cruise .Diamond gives me nearly $800 off of that bill for a 7 day for 2 of us . Cheers.....And Cheers again !
