I don't understand how your daughter could have been Diamond once and is now Gold.

 

If your daughter and boyfriend share the same residence address, then they should be able to call C&A and get linked so they both have the same C&A level.

Not true! After my wife died I sailed with my GF and she was a newbie to cruising. She was denied anything to do with concierge club, welcome back party, or anything related was shunned. This was NOT the case on Celebrity! SAME COMPANY!!

It's almost impossible to get any credit for being a stockholder anymore. Today I was denied any credit because there was a "promo" credit attached to reservation. Promo has NOTHING to do with being a stockholder!!! I'm mad as hell!! Who is with me? Class action lawsuit anyone??

RCCL said you get NOTHING!! The claim because of a promo credit no credit will be afforded!

RIPOFF!!! Lets put together a class action ;law suite!

Anyone have that little card with the deck map on it? Much easier to navigate in the beginning of the cruise.

No longer have a "main" dining room. The venues had multiple menus.

I found it too confusing and ate dinner in Windjammer more than once. Doomed ship!

Be ready to cross the rough seas in North Carolina. I was on the "hurricane cruise" where the coast guard had to intervene and order the captain to turn around during a weird hurricane in February. We had 145 mph winds and 45+ feet waves for 12 hours and had to stay in our cabin. Captain was warned but he went anyway. Ship limped back to Bayonne with one motor. SCARY! Ship has been cursed lots of wierd stuff. Google it!

So if I'm injured, have an emergency at home or just hate the cruise it will COST $65.00 MORE!!

Yes RCCL has screwed us again! I was told that because I waited 2 HOURS in line while on Anthem of the Seas Hurricane cruiser and received $150 OBC for my next cruise I did not qualify for anything more!! Wait that two separate things!!! Anyone can receive OBC for next cruise but only shareholders qualify for stock holder benefits. I will never book another cruise while on board because I get ripped off every time. I hate RCCL but love Celebrity. This will be my last RCCL cruise.

Me too! After a few emails I finally received $25.! Stockholder credit should be and had been TOTALLY Separate from the cruise price. I too have been a stockholder for 10+ years. Waiting to see if it will break $100/per share then I'm going to sell! Problem is I will be smacked with a huge tax bill because I purchased at $9.50 share.

Have not had this type of problem with my Carnival stock.

I used to be loyal to Royal but not any more!:(

I just received an email from Celebrity stating that my shareholder credit has been DENIED! According to them you can not combine credits ie ultimate drink package!!

I have combined before so this must be brand new!:mad::mad::mad::mad:

Dynamic dining ruined my trip as much as the hurricane did! First night I had to eat at the windjammer because all of the free dining venues were full till 9:30PM!

I finally got smart and just showed up without reservation and was able to get seated.

I understand RCCL has thrown out Dynamic dining as a huge failure. Book classic dining it's a tad better. No main dining room on Quantum class ship and the Grand is the same menu night after night!

I'm going back to Celebrity!
