  1. We did the Caracombs tour and enjoyed it. They are not close to main attractions, we took a taxi there.
  2. All I can say is that I absolutely love Lucca!
  3. I always get the cheapest plan possible and use WiFi where we stay. Verizon is my carrier
  4. Italytours is still in business
  5. We had no issues with our luggage on the water taxis. The trouble starts when you get off and have to navigate luggage on those steps.
  6. No, if you have a timed ticket that is when you must use it. They are very strict.
  7. Just an FYI that a sellout happened to me. I was in Milan and needed to get to Florence. No tickets! I learned a hard lesson and now when I know I need to travel on a certain day/time I purchase my tickets beforehand. I usually do this at the train station beforehand.
  8. If you absolutely have to have them on a certain day and time, you should pre-purchase.
  9. Take the fast train
  10. Train for sure. You can google finding train route and buy tickets before you go. Just make sure you that the fast train.
  11. You can just show up at the Colosseum and there are tons of private tour operators to choose from....that's what we did, we also included Palentine HIll.
  12. I dont know where it is, but you bet I will look for it when we go in late April!
