One of my favorites from my trip on the Bliss last year: Get a fresh pineapple juice from the bar at the back of the buffet, then go upstairs to the Observation Lounge bar. Order a double Ron Zacapa 23 rum. Mix and enjoy.

I had to do this last week. I used the online chat feature. The NCL person said it's a system error that causes the second person to be listed as "new" even though they already have a latitudes number. It took only a couple minutes for them to update the reservation with the correct number and status level.

This place (Deshistoria: Birra & Empanadas) has the BEST empanadas ever. With amazing mango habanero sauce. You know it's special when the locals stop by after work and buy the empanadas by the bag. Oh, and $5 drink specials all day. Check it out when/if you're back in Old San Juan.

With premium plus, we always ordered a bottle of the premium sparkling wine at the beginning of dinner. The options were Moet or Nicolas Feuillatte Rose last time we cruised, pre-COVID. Since you'll be the only one drinking it, you can have a glass and then order a different wine by the glass with your dinner. Staying in the Haven, your butler will deliver the bottle with the remaining wine to your room. Voila - balcony wine!

Pre-pandemic, we had the premium plus package and took full advantage of the bottle of wine at dinner. We would start with a bottle of sparkling wine and then order a bottle of red or white to go with our entrees. If we didn't drink both bottles, we took them back to our room to enjoy later. Pro tip: If you think you'll have (temporarily) leftover sparkling wine, pack a champagne stopper.

I called the main reservation line at about 6:40 PM Eastern just now and waited on hold for less than 2 minutes.
