  3. 10:45. About #50 in line and was asked about ArriveCAN multiple times .... finally just starting flashing this card amazed at how it prolonged boarding. Will try to get there by 10:45 again and hope for rapid boarding.

  8. Elite is 15 cruises or 150 days and we made Elite with less then 15 cruises but qualified days. I do understand what you are saying however. Yep. And solos staying in a full suite get there in 5 cruises. But the 100 obc was for 51 cruises (or 17 for solos in a suite) so I guesstimate most at that level also has 150 nights
  9. We got Elite with less then 21 cruises because we took 20 to 30 day cruises and qualified for Elite with days not number of cruises. My statement was not that all elites got loyalty credit but that all those who got loyalty credit were elite.
  10. Well it wasn't given unless the person had at least 20 cruises and elite is only 15 cruises. So everyone who got it WAS elite Am I wrong?

  12. I'll still go to GSD to try to trade as I know they are open. If Princess was smart they'd make it an option on the app so we could do it seamlessly But with both fully staffed it shouldn't take that long to manage our swapping out
  13. Well that sorts that then cos I’m sure we have to swap right away! Back to the drawing board lol 1st stop GSD to get swap request logged in (& hopefully get laundry tokens cause I'll want them & not want to stop off again), 2nd stop MDR & watching muster drill on phone, 3rd stop muster station, then drop luggage. Are you right behind me LOL
  14. Resurrecting this thread now that changes to trading minibar have been enacted:: @pompeii and @Siouxland Cruiser have been successful in trading their minibar for 50 OBC. I know it's only 1/2 the Loyalty OBC that was lost but, hey, I think that's a viable option!! > cuts down on staff time to switch in & out (especially if all of us are supposed to descend on Loyalty & Events Mgr to coordinate switch as @Cbtours stated) > has value to me (yes, maybe not to any one else) As to limiting laundry ---- just give me 4 tokens.   15. On a recent cruise there were over 1200 elites .... they want ALL of us to wait in line at Loyalty & Events Mgr desk??? 😂
  16. Website still says (& a friend confirmed on a cruise last month): But we've all experienced a delay in updating that. I'd rather have the 50 OBC @Siouxland Cruiser and @pompeii got. As to laundry, someone mentioned elsewhere on CC that they got tokens to cover it from GSD. That's ok as I can then cold water wash and skip pin holes

  18. @mtnesterz its a California Coastal cruise ... I could drive to the ports & back in a day so might not even get off. But I could use Clinique if they carry it. Or just increase gratuities ... not waiting for a voided check (I've got over 500 total obc) Not looking for a trick just info amount on max GS refund

  20. I've got 100 refundable OBC on my next voyage. If I don't use it all up, how much can Guest Services Desk cash out for me? Not looking for any tricks .... just a cash out before disembarkation. Used to be only $25 (It's from missing a 2 ports in September, didn't get it before December cruise, and my refund was stuck until CVP contacted CS who tripled it and put it on the next booked cruise)
  21. @NebrFarmer OMG!! Hope you're healing! Princess never sent my unused refundable $34 OBC for missing 2 ports due to weather. It was stuck so customer service (via CVP) just gave me 100 refundable OBC on my cruise in 18 days instead. Oddly that cruise also has all remaining goodwill FCC (redated when booked before restart) I guess it's all about tone & timing?
  22. Actually I do understand the frustration of finding out that something someone thought they had (goodwill FCC) they don't have anymore (expired 12/31/22). Happened to me (loyalty obc, free wifi, trading minibar for coffee card). Life changes. At least we got back our initial 'investment'
