  2. I’m mainly having trouble searching/comparing the available options, so I don’t know yet which cruise I want to reserve. I’ll definitely give them a call once I figure out when and where we want to go. Thanks!
  3. Yes, I did see that. I was just wondering if this kind of problem was something that happens regularly with this website since this has been my first experience with it. It sounds like that is not the case though, so I will hang in there. I’m looking forward to trying a Carnival cruise!
  4. I’m trying to plan my first Carnival Cruise and I’m getting very frustrated with the website. I’ve only been on Norwegian up until now, but this will be our first cruise with our granddaughters and I thought Carnival might be more fun for them. The website was completely down last weekend and now it keeps giving me error messages. Trying to be patient, but also want to get something reserved. I’ve always done my own booking on the Norwegian website. Is there a better way to plan a Carnival cruise? I don’t want to give up just yet, so I’m hoping this truly has just been a glitch and will get better soon.
  5. This happened to me. It was showing $174 due. I paid it and it was refunded to my card a few days later. Apparently it was a glitch. I had added a 1 day deviation to arrive a day before the cruise. I assumed it was a charge related to that and paid it, but it turned out that I didn’t owe it. NCL had already refunded it by the time I called to ask what it was for.
  6. I never paid attention to whether my room was connecting or not, but I will try to remember to do so in the future. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. I would gladly switch rooms with a family who needed my connecting room so they could be together as long as it was allowed by NCL. Although it most likely won’t be an issue now that I’m aware.
