Huahine:  I am interested in going to Fare town in afternoon and Faire for eels in morning 

any suggestions on how to do both?

is there a tour that goes to Faire eels in morning?

how do you get to the town of Fare if you are not on a tour? Or do tours go there for the Sunday afternoon?

To view the eels in the morning is fabulous but by the afternoon they've been fed several times by several different excursion vendors and they are not near as entertaining.

 

As Huahine is usually on a Sunday the Town of Fare comes alive in the afternoon after church lets out. There should be something interesting to watch and do. The locals head to town for a afternoon 'market' which is fun and always some local food plus the kids go swimming off the small pier.

Thank you. We wanted to stay at Les Tipaniers, but it is sold out for our dates.

for 5 nights pre cruise 

does anyone know if you can swim and snorkel at Linereve without taking a kayak? Like from the beach?

is Fare Maheata too full of kids and noise?

1. Will the ship be in post early enough for the morning excursions on day one?

2. you both mention the PG beach. Is this a beach we can get to throughout the day?

3. Think we will do Pure Snorkle tour on day two.

PG offers a day excursion at IC hotels with shuttle between them

PG has a Lagoonarium day tour

Pure Snorkle (private company)has whale tour  

suggestions?

We are in our late 60’s and active seniors. 

Hoping for suggestions of day excursions.

thinking of water/snorkeling on Bora Bora and Moorea.  Maybe land excursions on the others? Or just enjoy the days on some islands with no excursions?
