We went from Berth 46 recently. Got dropped off there by taxi, ni problem. Lots of cars and buses letting people off there. I gave the specific address and berth number to the taxi driver but he took us to the main terminal anyway. He said Berth 46 doesn’t exist. Finally we managed to get him to go to the correct berth.

We are currently on Norwegian Joy. Is it possible to buy Speciality Dining Package when on the ship, or can they only be bought prior to the cruise? (We are on day 7 of our 15 day cruise). Thank you!

We will be on the same cruise. Where can I find info about which berth the ship will leave from? (I know you said berth 46, but can I actually see that somewhere in my booking or elsewhere?) Will be taking a taxi to the port - do we need to specify to the driver what berth our ship will leave from? Or is there only one drop off area?

I have the 300 min internet package. My husband upgraded to unlimited wi-fi since he will need it for some work stuff. But how does that all work? Is it on one device at a time, so that I could log in on my phone to use the unlimited wi-fi while he is not using it? Or will his unlimited wi-fi be exclusively connected to his phone only?

I have made some dining reservations for our upcoming cruise and it all worked fine. But when I tried yesterday and also today to do some additional bookings it just doesn't work. I can select restaurant, date and time and add it to cart. And I see a number on the cart, indicating that there is something in it. But when I go to cart it is empty. Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

I know you don’t have to, but we like to make dinner reservations in advance - even for the main dining room. But I can only find Manhattan available online. Can’t we make reservations for Savor and Taste?

We like to have a Gin & Tonic and I see that there’s a difference in what sort of gin you can have, depending on what drink package you have. We have the Premium so could have a G&T with Bombay Sapphire. With Premium Plus we could get Hendrick’s. But to make some calculation if it will feel like it’s worth it to upgrade to Premium Plus: what is the actual price difference between the two sorts of gin mentioned? (No, we will not only drink g&t but you have to start somewhere). Any insights in drinks process for Premium and Premium Plus would be very much appreciated. Thank you!

We have booked cabin 12188 on Norwegian Joy. Looking at the deck plans now, I can see that it is very close to the stairs. But I can’t figure out if there is actually a wall between our cabin door and the stairs or if it is just som sort of railing so that it’s more or less open. Mostly thinking about how noisy it will be. Anyone who knows? Thank you!

Thank you all. We are a party of 4 and like to eat early, so looks like there won’t be an issue. But also good to know that it will be possible to book MDR. One person in our group has a special condition so need to eat at pretty regular times.

How does the NCL Freestyle Dining work? Can we book a table (in main diningroom) in advance? Or able to book when on the ship? Or is it just all ’drop in’ and not possible to make reservations?

We have been on 3 previous cruises, all with Celebrity (2 on Reflection, 1 on Edge). Now we wanted to go on a cruise through the Panama Canal. Only option for our dates looks to be with Norwegian Joy. Anyone done both Celebrity and Norwegian and can give some thoughts: Do you think we will apprectiate Joy? What is the best about Joy in your opinion? Thank you!
