Cool Cruiser (2/15)

  1. I know it's not what you asked, but while I was researching what to do on this same situation, I found International Friends. They have a transfer to Southampton with a stop/tour of Stonehenge on the way. They pick up right at various London and Heathrow hotels with your luggage. Take you to the ship and you get to see Stonhenge. I booked it for my May 15 cruise, it says you get to the ship 1-2pm. It's like a pre-excursion
  2. I know it's not what you asked but that's what I originally planned to do. Instead we are staying right at Heathrow (because we arrive at 8:30pm) Then doing the International Friends transfer to Southampton cruise port with stop/tour of Stonehenge on the way. For two of us it was a similar price to what a private car would have been, but instead we get picked up right at our hotel with luggage and get a pre-excursion in the way to the ship
  3. They just announced the launch is postponed until May 2025
  4. I checked this topic and last answers were from 2014-15. With Covid winding down we'd like to do an Ireland/British Isles cruise. We have sailed Royal Caribbean many times, never any other lines. The two choices for that area seem to be Oceania and NCL. I have done much research but other than $1-2000 difference it's hard to tell. Can't find shore excursion prices without being booked. I have read older vs younger crowd and fancier food but why not ask the experts
