I called a number for P&O's official site for America and received a quote. A big difference is the gratuities are included in the fare.

The vernal equinox is March 19, and I've read that there an increased likelihood of seeing the lights. The full moon is March 25.

My husband and I are considering a March 2024 16-night cruise to Norway that includes overnight stays in Honningsvag, Alta, and Tromso. Our main objective is to see the lights. What is the likelihood that we will have sightings on excursions? Thanks for any input.

Thank you for your help. I'm mainly looking at the cruise because it goes to these ports during times when I might see the Northern Lights. There are overnights in a couple ports which would increase the likelihood, I believe. From what I've read, P&O may be a little more formal than what I have experienced on other cruise lines, including Princess. I know that Alaskan cruises tend to more casual. I wonder if this itinerary is similar?

I had Magic Sleek straightening done in July before a cruise. I liked it although it does have a strange smell when you wash your hair. It also doesn't contain formaldehyde which is a plus.

This is our first Princess cruise. We have sailed many times on Royal and are given a specific arrival time. Does Princess do something similar, and if so, when/how will I know what time to arrive? Thank you
