How did the pre cruise Covid testing go? Did you hear of any not able to board because of positive results?

Steelers, Thanks for all the details about your cruise tour. I was glad to read you all tested negative for the per cruise test. Did you have to have a test before the land tour too (not sure if your tour started before the new requirement)? Also, do you know of anyone that did test positive before boarding the cruise? We are still on the fence on whether we are going to go on our cruise tour at the end of July. I am relieved that we won’t need a test to fly back to the US from Vancouver. Just to sure we want to take the risk of testing positive before we get on the ship. Hope you are continuing to have a great trip!

Wow, this is a new one. Did she have the option to go to a Seattle hotel for isolation? I would be really scared to be left alone in isolation with my spouse off the ship.

My trip isn’t until end of July. I am ready to cancel! Actually my TA called Princess today (because I told her about Copper) and it looks like they will refund the trip. We should know in a few days. I’m not holding my breath but I’m ready to take a credit. I read you are traveling soon. I hope everything works out for you and you enjoy your trip.

Kirk, was your land tour supposed to go to Copper River Princess Lodge? I see that they are closing that lodge for the rest of the summer, starting June 17. What year did you do this land portion on your own? Wondering if some things are more challenging this summer, like car rentals and hotel reservations.

And these cash refunds were with Princess? How recent?
