    Glad to report on Magnifica in February there was an attendant checking as soon as you entered the Aurea Sun Deck.

    I support cruise staff being kept safe. Cruise lines have security officers which if utilized would be taken much more seriously. I hope MSC figures it out.

    YC guests (who are not part of the scheme) lose in this situation. MSC loses (food, beverage) in this situation. Seems unfortunate.

    Do you remember some of the YC personnel on your week? We believe from other posts that Arthur is the Maitre'd. (have not met him yet) YC Director? Head Concierge? Your butler?

    Thanks for your review. Sorry for your problem with the concierge. Unfortunate that there seems to be some "inadequate" personnel in YC. A recent post of a family of 4 being turned away at embarkation lunch. Along with you, later in the week the YC director became aware.

    Sorry to hear you were disappointed. You were quite happy before. I was hoping MSC was not going to be the same as the other, happy at first and then eventually not.

    Anyone on board now that has information to share. Restaurant service, food, who is your butler, other memorable personnel, casino info, etc. thanks.

    We sailed retreat equinox may 2022. Lounge is a room with a bar and concierge desk. did not spend any time there. Sundeck is just that. No water available to cool off, shower, etc. Service for drinks and lunch was slow. The YC pool deck and TSL win. We followed along your 2 recent weeks and enjoyed very much.

    The television options IMO are not very good. Hope at some point it improves.
