  1. I enjoy Cleopatra Keno, so happy about that. Thanks😀
  2. Are there Keno machines on board the Carnival Panorama?
  3. My Princess cruise in Australia had no smoking in the casino. It was bliss.🥰
  4. I recently came off a Princess Cruise and played slots in the casino regularly. Once we got a casino offer for playing substantially less, but this time (about a week ago) we got nothing. How do the offers work? Do you get them randomly or do they appear after you cruise? Any information would be appreciated.
  5. Thank you to all the people who took the time to respond to my post. I have now have a definitive answer and sadly, the Apex does not have my beloved game of Keno. It's a shame that being an Edge class of ship, they have not caught up up with the upcoming group of new players to Keno, especially with Keno Nation now being more and more popular. Hopefully someone from the casino might read this post and perhaps be surprised that there a large number of us out there who want to enjoy this game. For me personally, I will not be choosing this ship for my future cruises. I love to enjoy my whole cruise and part of my enjoyment is looking forward to a fun game of Keno. Non Keno players might not understand, but for me it is something I look for in a cruise ship. Thanks again and enjoy your cruise.
  6. Could someone who has cruised on the Celebrity Apex please help out with my question. We sailed on the Celebrity Edge and the only Keno machines were on the bar. We are not drinkers and we found it awkward taking a seat at the bar to play when a drinker could have sat there. We are considering cruising on the Apex and wondered if it was the same there or if they are have keno machines inside the casino, rather than at the bar as it's our favourite game. Looking forward to hearing responses from other keno players.
  7. Thanks Saraliz for your account from your recent cruise on the Pacific Explorer. I can see now that my cruise is not the only one experiencing this type of delay in boarding. I only wish the cruiselines would be more transparent when advertising these cruises. Instead of advertising this as a 3 day cruise it should have read 2 day/3 night cruise and then people are aware of this when they book. It is usually too late when we have already paid and then we discover when choosing boarding times closer to sailing that the cruise is shorter than what was advertised. This is of particular concern for shorter cruises eg. 2 to 5 day cruises where it really makes a difference. I know these are first world problems and there are bigger fish to fry, but surely cruiselines need to open and transparent about this at the time of booking. Putting in a departure time of 9.00 pm does not indicate that boarding times will be in the evening.
  8. Thanks Zetta83 for the information, that is very helpful. Looks like next time I book something like this, I will make sure I don't get caught out again. For the price I paid, I would have expected better than this but you live and learn and I have certainly learned from this exercise. If the cruise had been cheaper, I would not have thought anything of it, but having paid top dollar, it is very disappointing to find out it is not really a 3 day cruise at all. Thanks to all who commented, much appreciated.
  9. As you can see these are the only times I can choose from. The ship sails at 9.00 pm. I just want to know from other travellers who have sailed from Fremantle or are doing this cruise on 5 May what boarding times they have received. In all my 25 years of cruising I have never had such a late boarding and considering this is a 3 night cruise, my first day is almost gone by the time I board. People who have cruised from Fremantle? Have you ever boarded earlier than your assigned time?
  10. My bad, yes, you are correct, it's the Explorer, I am unable to change or delete the post.
  11. Good morning all This question is for all past and present P & O Pacific Encounter passengers departing from Fremantle who have done a short 3 or 4 day cruise. We are new to P & O but not new to cruising. Our boarding time is 6.30 pm in the evening and we are curious to see if other people are boarding around lunch time as this seems to be a very late boarding. Can past passengers verify what time boarding times start as we will miss lunch all together and most of the day boarding at such a late time. We also are concerned as we want to book other restaurants on board and are worried these will all be gone by the time we get on board. This would not concern us if the cruise was longer but paying so much for this cruise we feel a little robbed that the boarding time is so late.
  12. Totally agree with you, I too am disappointed. I do love my Keno and am not a fan of the slots. Thanks for responding.
  13. Thanks for letting me know Seacrab. I hope Celebrity reads this post and sees that's there a re people who want Keno on board.
