  1. SAILOR’S DELIGHT The Lemon Post Icon of the Seas The drinks at The Lemon Post come in pairs - one alcoholic and one non-alcoholic. The non-alcoholic version of this cocktail is the “Cocoberry Lemonade.” If you’re making this at home, watch out for the units of measurement. Some are in ounces and some are in teaspoons.
  2. THE ESCAPE RAFT The Lemon Post Icon of the Seas The drinks at The Lemon Post come in pairs - one alcoholic and one non-alcoholic. The non-alcoholic version of this cocktail is the “Lifesaver Lemonade.” If you’re making this at home, watch out for the units of measurement. Some are in ounces and some are in teaspoons.
  3. 1400 LOBBY BAR Cocktails at the glance The recipes for all the cocktails on this poster have been posted on this topic. Just search for them by name. They may appear differently depending on which bar/series they have been posted under.
  4. Just got word that Kat Falcon will be CD on Jewel for one more week. Daniel Gilham is onboard for a handover and officially takes over on 9-29-24.

  6. TRADEWINDS Basecamp Icon of the Seas I call this a "tip-the-bartender-well" type of drink. There are so many ingredients and it takes several steps to create it. This is a good challenge for the home bartender. Note that the "exotic fruit blend" is a pre-made mix. That's why the measurements for a single serving seem weird. For some trivia, this is the drink featured on the Basecamp menu. Actual picture of the drink:

  8. There's a reason they're called edible orchids. lol
  9. I know that Steve Knisley is taking over on Odyssey on 11-17-24
  10. SIREN’S CALL Basecamp Icon of the Seas Bartenders at Basecamp use ready made Mauby Syrup for this cocktail. I made mine at home with mauby bark from a local Caribbean store and some spices. For the Dragon Fruit Lime Juice, they use powder. This powder is only sold for commercial uses so I used frozen fruit instead. Actual picture of the drink:
