Back from my cruise. We added the Princess Plus on the first day of the cruise and we each got $10 off. We don't know why and didn't ask. And others mentioned about a refund for the medallion being shipped. We didn't have it shipped to us and picked it up at the port.

When we were just on in June, they were pushing us to upgrade. It's $20 more per day.

This is what I am interesting in. Didn't realize it was Plus Fare. Thank you.

When we were on the Emerald in June, they were selling them the first day or two. We pre-purchased the Plus but they were still asking us to upgrade to Premium.

Thanks. LOL. We weren't counting on it but thought I would ask here if it has happened to anyone. It was actually a crew member on Emerald that told us this! It doesn't hurt to ask. We do have a lot of OBC on this cruise and would like to use it that way. Thanks for your honest reply.

Someone told us to ask for a 10% discount the first or second day of the cruise or Princess offers 10% off the Princess Plus Package on the first or second day of the cruise. I was wondering if anyone has experience with this? We are going to add it on board to use our cruise credit. Thank you.

In case anyone in the future wants to know this. There are 4 beds. 3 steam rooms but one room only holds 2 people. 2 showers.

Is there really just a Walmart bus? I heard about the Robert's Hawaii Bus every 30 minutes. Your trip to Walmart sounds great! 🙂

@princeton123211 LOL. Thank you. I didn't realize it was such a huge tour company. I checked and there were no tours from Hilo the day we will be there. I have two companies in mind. Keikana Tours or C Big Island Tours. If you have used either of those companies, please share. Thanks again for responding!

Can anyone recommend a great tour that leaves from Hilo to see Volcanot National Park? This is my first Hawaiin cruise and first visit to The Big Island. I will be there in June, if this helps. 🙂Thank you.

Consider Long Beach airport. I know there aren't as many flights but this airport is so much easier to deal with and not nearly as much traffic. If this is an option for you, I would look into it. 🙂

Hello. I haven't done this yet but I think I will do it on my cruise in June. On another site (trip advisor), there are plenty of reviews and one from today. Here is the frist line from today's review I just read. "The Hilo Hoppa On Hoppa Off bus is based very close to the cruise terminal. We had pre-booked our Hop On Hop Off experience, however it’s also easily available to book on the day!" I haven't booked it yet. I hope this helps.

I have a question I have been wondering. Does it cost to have a lounger in the Sanctuary? I have seen a few posts and now I am under the impression there is a fee. If so, how much? Thank you. 🙂
