But said scooter has to fit through the door of your cabin and has to stay there when you are in your cabin.

Who is giving bad reviews of MG? I have been on her three times and she is fantastic. The crew are amazing, food options are amazing. Excel ships in general are just really amazing. People will nitpick anything these days.

camera is small lol If you really want to argue that a Sony mirrorless camera is some huge thing it’s not. And arguing otherwise is arguing for the sake of it.

MSC apologized and is giving them a full refund as well as inviting B&D to help craft new policies. i think people who somehow thought B&D were in the wrong or were not being truthful are just wrong. MSC wouldn’t be doing all of this if they did nothing wrong and B&D were lying ext. But I am sure the same four posters will keep posting how B&D did something wrong.

Pretty sure Royal doesn't let Pax just wander outside of the Cruise area without going on an approved excursion.

I guess that was my point I just made it poorly, Is you should use caution whenever you travel rather you traveling within the US or on a cruise, or overseas. Bad things can happen anywhere.

$900 hardly covers the 5k spent on the cruise but sure.

B&D posted an hour ago the email that they received. Apparently it was complaints or rather one complaint from one pax. Which still seems rather strange that they were then barred from filming and taking photos across the entire ship. MSC response doesn’t really jive. The complaint was from a YC pax that shouldn’t affect photos and such aboard the rest of the ship. MSC still looks vindictive here from past negative reviews.

Because that is their job and they made that clear in the video and thus why they disembarked in Rome. it’s a crime now to run a business?

It isn't a boycott it is the fact that every time I think I will book MSC another story like this pops up and pushes me away regardless of price. Because MSC prices are still some of the cheapest even more so than Carnival at times I have wanted to try them. But even reading on these forums the amount of issues that arise worries me. Also, you and others seem to be assuming and speculating that for some reason B&D are not being honest which in of itself is speculating. Look we get it you and others are fans of MSC doesn't require you to pump them up even when they do something clearly wrong.

Nope, Cheers includes everything which is why you must purchase it for everyone in the cabin that is of age.

I sometimes wonder if people think before they post on here. A. it is a different country. B. Amber cove is a private area with security that Carnival employes as it is CCL's private owned area.

I have watched enough of B&D stuff to know they aren't obnoxious or intrusive to other cruisers. I also know good and well that 99.9% of us take photos and videos on our phones and or DSLR's while on vacation. So if MSC didn't ban everyone that sailing from taking photos and such on their own phones then yes this was targeted. Some of these responses that are applauding this come across as boomers honestly. Because a majority of the lives on this site are very picture and video-heavy. You can't just pick and choose which people get to take pictures and videos on their vacations that they paid for. MSC screwed up here and this could land them in hot water legally if B&D decides to sue. This just comes across as very vindictive on MSC and not remotely the correct way to of handled this if this even was a complaint from another pax.

Thank you all :). I was in our sailing group on FB and apparently, Vista returned to PC very early and started debarking guests around 5 am. And she moved across the way to load up some things and departed this morning for Spain for her Dry Dock.

Well, unfortunately, this will not be happening. My girlfriend had a miscarriage today and thankfully my girlfriend is okay but we are still sitting in the hospital currently. Carnival has been really wonderful and understanding and let me transfer this booking because of the circumstances. Apologies to those looking forward to my live. But life happened and the universe decided to take something away from us instead.

Two more days, my last cruise was legit a year ago. Dam I just realized how long it’s been, been such a long year.

Welp, it is that time, Time for another WahleTail NYE cruise. This time will be ringing in 2024 onboard the Vista. This will actually be my first time onboard a Vista Class. Also, My better half is actually joining me this time. Lucky her I splurged and got us an OS. Pretty sure this will be her first Carnival cruise, I am introducing a blue card :), Lucky her she can board with the important folks in Plats and Diamonds. 😄 This will be another 8 day southern, I don't know why but I really enjoy the southern routes.

Aw no MG this year? I will be on Vista.

Better to dock now when they know they can vs waiting until tomorrow when it might be untenable to dock. Carnival is saying Horizon and Celebration will be delayed getting into Miami tomorrow.
