  1. once on board you can inquire about a waitlist, we decided one night to try the teppanyaki, stopped by around 5 asked if there was space for 2 sometime that night, she said that she would put us down and let us know. Turns out they had a late cancellation and we received a notification thru the hub app confirming our reservation.

  2. When I tried to upgrade ours I had to talk to 5 different people. First person told me the upgrade was going to cost me $3300, I said its supposed to be $25 per person per day thats only $250, second person said it was going to cost $752, I again said we already have plus and just wanted to pay the $25 to upgrade. Got no where there either, finally I got thru to someone who quoted me $258.80 the correct upgrade price so I said lets do it. Then I get transferred to billing to make my payment and they tell me I owe $758...... not only was that wrong it also screwed up my booking by kicking out my Casino rate and Free play. Took 2 days and 3 other people to get my original offers and promos back. Now I'm back to square one and still have no upgrade.. I'm also a little hesitant to try and upgrade again for fear I'll end up with a screwed up booking again, plus we leave in 14 days. I wish we could upgrade on board or thru the cruise personalizer

No, they don't.  What they do is have a story about "that guy", like bad guest bingo.  $2 bill are a pain for them, can't be used in most ports. Likely pass them around (crew tip out other crew for services onboard ) like a white elephant gift.

Say what you want, I've never had anyone complain or wrinkle their nose to a $2 bill, hell by the 3rd day in the casino they were all looking for me saying $2 bills were lucky. $2 bills are legal US currency why would they not be able to use them in port?
