We just had the same experience. Earliest time available was noon for our Beyond Nov cruise. I did our check in just after midnight on opening day.

Sorry it was a bummer but that is why we will not sail on older ships that haven't been refurbished. We sailed Infinity in 2019 and it wasn’t in good shape then. It is way over due to have a make over or be sold!!! I hope you recover quickly. I have read Covid is running amongst many ships.

Thanks for the info we sail Nov 13 and getting our covid shots this week. Not looking forward to being sick. Guess I will be packing masks!

We agree as we sailed Wonder of the Seas earlier this year and said never RC again. Dining room food was barely warm each night and just now that tasty.

We cruised with my daughter & fiance and we were linked and I had all their info and was able to check us all in.

Over the past few years it was not unusual for them to not contact us prior to the cruise. (Yes we were in sky suites)

I agree and we can only hope if less cruises are selling, prices will drop a bit. Or they will get the hint and fix a few issues!

Go with a newer ship or one that has been redone within the past 5 or 6 years and all will be good.

Friends did Solstice this year and said she is tired looking, especially the carpets and furniture.

Since the dining room food seems to have gone down hill another restaurant would be good.

We were also Loyal Royal cruisers for years until our 50s then switched to Celebrity. For us Celebrity is calmer, more adult like, elegant cruising. We have always had great service. I hope you enjoy it.

Yes we got 2 emails also asking us for questions. I asked when will they redo the older ships! Some of them really need it!

We just watched it also and feel they didn't do a great or truthful job in answering some of the questions. However we were semisatisfied with the webinar. Time will tell if we continue to cruise with them.

Just because they have money doesn't mean they have manners or class. Seems they had neither. Sad...hope you had a good cruise.

We love all the Celebrity ships! However for the past few years we have done all the Edge Class ships. We love them, Edge, Apex, Beyond and doing Ascent next. They are a different layout from the other ships. We love to hang out in Eden for cocktails, and Eden restaurant is also great. We also love the theater. Very high tech. Edge and Apex have same layout but different art work. Beyond is a little different. We like them all.
