  1. We are on Britannia on Sept 4th and my personaliser says we can book entertainment from tomorrow. I know that we would need to book Limelight if we wanted to but does this mean that we have to book the normal Theatre Shows as well. We have not been for while so not sure what we have to book.
  2. I have completed the online check in, uploaded photos and printed Boarding Pass with no problem, but I can see no reference to Luggage Labels anywhere. Are they stored somewhere else ? Cannot see them in the Cruise Personaliser either. Does anyone know where they are stored ?
  3. We won't be changing any but will be changing when we book. We have booked on the opening day for several years now but I think we will be changing to booking last minute and may revert to Saver fares as the price difference between Select and Saver has grown significantly recently.
  4. The Toulon excursions are there now for 4th Sept cruise, but only 5 to choose from, might just stay in Toulon.
  5. We go on the 4th Sept and we were notified by P&O of the change by email last Friday. Most posters have said that Toulon is nicer than Marseille and it probably is but we wanted to go to Marseille because we haven't been there and also because we wanted the excursion. Hopefully they will make some Toulon excursions available soon.

  7. I can accept that, but why not tell us that if that is the case. They would also of known this before final balance day but do not tell us until after payment has been made.

Just had notification that Marseille will be missed on our Sept 4th Cruise on Britannia and will be replaced with Toulon, Bit annoyed as Marseille was the only port on the cruise we had not previously visited. The usual blanket excuse given of 'operational reasons'. I could accept the change more if we were given the actual reason for missing the port. Toulon doesn't look like much a replacement on first look, it is a naval port rather than a cruise port and everything will be shut as it is a Sunday. No compensation offered or extra OBC, these changes always seem to happen after final payment when it is too late to change and we are powerless do do anything about it. Not very happy with P&O at the moment.

This means that if you have a Select Price or Early Saver booking you can: Transfer your booking to any P&O Cruises holiday currently on sale (and not just to those within the next 12 months). Transfer your booking to a cruise of higher or lower value (and not just of a higher value, as is usually the case). Transfer your booking an unlimited number of times (and not just once). Transfer your booking free of charge. Should you wish to transfer your booking you should call our Customer Contact Centre or your travel agent if you booked with them. This policy modifies the transfer policy in our Booking Conditions. This policy may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice.
  14. Apologies if I gave incorrect information that was my understanding that after payment you cannot move unless you pay a cancellation fee. I thought that the ability to move a paid up cruise was only for a short time at the start of this year.
  15. I think that was a special arrangement they were doing for a short period only. Now, you can only transfer up to payment date without penalty.
  16. Yes that's correct, once you are past your final payment date you are into cancellation T&C's
  17. Surely P&O should offer a transfer to another cruise in these circumstances or at the very least the excursion should be free.
  18. Thanks Graham, thats exactly the info I needed. We'd like to get a taxi dorect from the ship if possible rather than having to waste time on the shuttle.
  19. Quick question about Barcelona Shuttle. Do Taxis come into the port in Barcelona or do we have to get the shuttle out of the port and then get a taxi from there.

  21. Thanks, glad it is still being followed and also pleased about the fixed dining.
  22. Can anyone who has been on Britannia recently tell me if Formal Dress is being followed or not.. We have read reports on FB that implies that it is not being followed by many, although nothing referred to Britannia specifically. We don't want to take the formal clothes if it is not being followed. Also we go in September and have 2nd sitting dining booked on our confirmation but not sure if fixed dining is in use.
