Thank you, hopefully we will get lucky and be onboard early enough to dash to the Pub.

That was my understanding but when I received the allocation I thought perhaps I had mis understood. Maybe we will head down earlier and if they turn us away just drop off the cases and walk into town. Does anybody know whether they serve afternoon tea in the Queens Room on embarkation days? If I miss the Pub lunch I might be be able to head there for afternoon tea.

Received our boarding time yesterday for our Aug Fjords cruise, 3.30pm. We’re Platinum Deck 6. Never had such a late boarding time. Disappointed as I will miss lunch in the Pub, which is always a great way to start a cruise.

Hi, We’re booked on QV 321 for 6th Aug and have just received the email telling us Flaam and Geiranger have been cancelled and replaced with Skjolden and Olden. Disappointed as have been to Flaam and Geiranger before, loved them both and were really looking forward to going back. Haven’t been to either of the other 2 so am busy investigating now. Can’t say I was surprised to get the email, have been looking at the Geiranger port schedule for a few weeks now and no mention of the Queen Vic being booked in! I suppose at least Cunard haven’t waited until we’d made out full payment before notifying us. If anyone has any thoughts on Olden and Skjolden, excursions worth taking etc. would be very grateful to hear. To original poster LB_NJ. Absolutely choose a fjords cruise, if you have the time take a longer one and include Iceland.
