Today, since I am 90 days out I was able to make dinner reservations. This cruise is under 7 days (3 days) in length, so the 90 day policy applied.

Very interesting post, but you forgot the choclate covered strawberries delivered to the room. Almost worth the price of admission.

I am only 1 point away from platinum. I booked a three day inside out of Miami early next year. Since I can drive to the port, it is roughly $1k for a weekend getaway Bahamas cruise. Not bad.

Ah, now that makes sense. This is my first under cruise under 7 days. All the other cruises were over 7 days, and I was able to make reservations 120 days out. Thanks for the information.

I called again today, and obviously got a different agent. Now I'm told I can make reservations at 110 days out. I'll try that.

I'm 118 days out, and I can not book dining reservation, not availa le to book. I called and was told the early bookings must be filled. For every restaurant, I don't think so.

I'm one point (74) away from Platinum. I am booking a cheap 3 day in February, as I'm planning a longer cruise later in the year.

Booked a British Isle cruise in October. It was actually 20% off the discounted cruise price of 2nd guest free. Basically 3K for Oceanview, that I plan to upgrade to Balcony with MC points.

I also just received the 20% off European cruises. this is perfect timing as I am looking at several British Isles cruises and just have to narrow it down to one. Hopefully it works out as a true 20% off!
