Our last Carnival Luminosa cruise was over NYE and it cost us $5k for and Aft-View Extended Balcony.

I never get these offers and I'm PLATINUM. Ggrrgghh. I check spam folder and my offers almost daily.

Last minute 4th April Repo cruise to Hawaii via Tahiti on Quantum from Brisbane. $999pp twin interior. Bargain.

Ali didn't get covid but was sunburnt from Mystery, so didn't go to Hideaway. Rob said he was off when he got home, but he didn't test.

We caught the dreaded Covid on the Luminosa NYE cruise.

We used CHAT ($9pp for whole cruise) on the Luminosa over the NYE cruise and agree with those reports. It was hit and miss. My messages to my teen sometimes got delayed and even not arrived at all. I think it depends where you are and if you are in your cabin or moving around. Just keep checking that the WiFi is working where you are. I liked having it.

That sounds like the fabulous Jen Baxter, no longer with Carnival.

For us off a NYE cruise (in Australia) it appeared less than 72 hours on my VIFP.

Lumi is going to Sydney. Two other ships will also be there so Lumi has to tender in.

I read on FB that they're getting 50% FCC plus $300pp OBC.

I was able to use some OBC to pre-book a Noumea Shore Excursion for our NYE Luminosa cruise. I then went back in to my booking and checked and it had removed the exact $ amount from the OBC that was left.

Yep sorry, I meant Arrival Time. I am Platinum and this will open 16 days before the cruise and I'll not be near a computer.

We were the very last ships tour back in Noumea once (Amedee Island) and they brought the gangway up as soon as we got back onboard.
