  1. Straight from the terms @boze9999 posted: Per Stateroom (not per person), must resubmit for verification each year, and new bookings only. If you have credit sitting in your account, you can call HAL and ask them to apply it to a booking - I've done that. When I've called in for something, I've also had them say "you have $xx OBC available, do you want me to apply it?"

  3. Reading an actual book doesn't tire my eyes nearly as bad as reading on my phone, kindle, or computer. Sometimes it's just nice to take a break and let eyes go on vacation, too.🙄

  7. I received for a cruise that had already made final payment. Always worth asjing, worst they can do is say no, and you're no worse off but they might say yes, then you've got $50. 🙂
  8. I didn't know that. Since it's a form of payment, I should be able to use with associate discount making it a nice discount. The 8% covers a lot of the tax in places that tax groceries. Let's see if that one works for me since the HAL aren't.
  9. What grocery card? I've been trying since about 8am central to buy HAL gift cards and for several hours am getting a message TBE AARP site is not responding. Ugh

  14. Thanks - I didn't bother to ask about getting the amount adjusted, I was just happy to get it since it was to be new bookings only. So I decided to accept the gift and move on. If you are able to get the full amount, I may call back in. 🙂
  15. I don't see FTTF for Venezia Sept - is it not available for Venezia or is it NYC causing to not be available?
  16. I received an email confirmation from HAL, not SheerID, to call in to have the AARP OBC added to my bookings. It specifically said to go through TA and PCC for those bookings, but to call them for the others. I got emails w/updated invoices before I hung up, so they are applying it. One call out - I only got $100 no matter the length of the cruise, even though the program details shows $200 for 10+ nights.
  17. Appreciate it; I did try entering payment details myself and even tried using PayPal, did not work.
