Cool Cruiser (2/15)

  1. Just finishing the Azamara Pursuit and we had a small group from cruise critic... I created some name tags and I have at least 20 left over. If you have an active cruise group for an upcoming trip and you'd like to have some name tags, I'm happy to mail them to you... They're pretty generic. They just say Azamara and cruise critic. No specific date or ship. There are about 8 to a page. as you may know, the cruise critic gathering is not hosted. It's just listed the first day in the insider so the ship doesn't provide any name tags ..free in the U$
  2. Good to hear -- I'm a bit "fluffy" as they say and I like to have "plan B" ready -- this is good news!!!
  3. Looking to alternatives to what has been described as the tiny shower in the cabin (Pursuit 8015). Not opposed to showering up at the pool or spa, but wanted to check to see if those showers were accessible and had the amenities, shampoo, soap, towels, etc. Thank you! Enjoy your vacation!
  4. 8/7 is hoping for a post on INDISER for a M&M on departure day - trying to get a space on Arendal day for a 2nd greeting!!
  5. Thanks, Phil. It seems, from other pix, that this looks chair size rather than loveseat size, but I'm happy to have somewhere comfy to sit! And I appreciate you taking the time to snap a photo for me
  6. Thanks - that is what I suspected!!!
  7. Thanks. We are in a cabin that is marked "convertible sofa" and this REALLY helps! Seems manageable for a short person (like me!)
  8. Thanks = we are in 8015 and have been told it's a twin pullout but it seems that with the desk across from the sofa, not sure it is a "full" twin! Appreciate your help!
  9. Oh my.. well that's good to know.. I appreciate you checking
  10. Looking for info on the pull out sofa in some cabins.. is it a true twin? Thanks! If you're able to answer, enjoy your trip
  11. Has anyone utilized the pull out sofa in the veranda suites? Traveling on the Pursuit and it's listed as "child's bed", but Azamara says it's a convertible couch to a twin.. Room seems very tiny for that to be practical. Any input would be great. Thank you
  12. If you were on the pursuit in cabin 8015, can you tell me if the sofa pulls out to a twin bed? It's listed as a child bed on my reservation. Also, if you're in 8025, is there a chair or a couch in that one? Thanks for your help. Traveling in less than 30 days! All right
  13. I have done the Danube Christmas markets two times and will be doing it again this year. Plus I've done the Rhine as well. I'm a big fan of Grand Circle travel. Everything that was listed in the post above is correct. I am not a foodie that's not the focus of my travels, but there is always something I can get if the main menu doesn't have anything to my liking. There's always a sugar-free dessert as well. I don't drink so I can't speak to how the beverages fair compared to other airlines. Another thing that I'm fond of is the fact that they do not use hotel style bedding. If you spend time in your room, you don't have to sit on a bed. The bed folds into the wall and you have a little banquette to sit on ... You can see that in the photos on the website..

    New website.

I'm a first time Azamara cruiser, but I've had a Discoverer level that appears and disappears, appears and disappears!
