  1. My husband and I watched the webinar that was over an hour with Laura answering questions, Our power up points were supposed to be posted by October 14th. They were not. I called October 15th and was on the phone with a very nice rep in the captains club department. He knew nothing about the webinar. He had me on the phone for about 35 minutes. First he was checking to see if my points were posted which they weren’t. Then he checked and couldn’t even find any info that we did the webinar. He said he was sending an email to his supervisors and he’d email me when he gets a response. I hope I hear back from him. I did take a screenshot when the survey ended in case I needed proof. No email was received when I finished it which didn’t make sense. Has anyone received their points?
  2. You could on other class ships. This Celebrity rep said on the Beyond you cannot tell by looking at the deck plans that two cabins next to each other can have the beds the same way. I don’t think this can be accurate but we like the bed by the balcony. We want to be sure the cabin we choose has it that way.
  3. You could tell if the bed was by the balcony or bathroom on the S class shops by the bump out on the deck plan. My travel agent had Celebrity on the phone when I was booking my cruise and choosing a cabin on the Beyond. They said only they know where the bed is. You cannot go by the bump out in the deck plan online. Does anyone know if there is anyway to tell? I want to make sure that the cabin I choose has the bed by the balcony as I was told. I’ve been having trouble with misinformation from Celebrity so I’m not trusting what they are saying anymore, .I am currently booked for cabin #7205, but might want to switch to 7227 or 7215..If anyone has stayed in one of these cabins can you let me know where the bed is located, Thank you.

  5. I know there’s been an increase in both the classic and premium drink package. Online now it’s only showing the specialty coffees on the premium package when it was always on classic as well. Does anyone know if this is incorrect info on the website or if they are no longer including the specialty coffees but increasing the cost?
