I also boarded today. Worst boarding experience to date and I consider myself a fairly seasoned cruiser. It wasn't bad because it was delayed but how it was managed when the mass of people came back at around 12.30-1. Won't let it affect my cruise but I heard so many people complaining and asking 'is it going to be like this the whole cruise?' Hope they also don't let it ruin their trips. Enjoy all those on board :)

I'm really confused by this picture. Isn't 8252 actually the cabin directly to the left of where this image says it is? i.e. the 'first' hump going left?

A few posters reported logging into the Celebrity website and checking their booking and reported seeing a line that read something like "Bev1 - Free Classic Package" (or something like that). I have logged into my reservation and cannot find any sort of invoice, bill, etc. If anybody can guide me as to where they found this on the website, I would appreciate it.

In my booking under 'Beverage Packages' there appeared a link called 'Classic to Premium Package Upgrade', and I was able to select that and pay the extra fee to upgrade to the premium package, paying only the difference between the two.

Under My Cruise Extras it now has the following:

Beverage Package

Classic to Premium Package UpgradePurchased

6118 was the room I was looking at, actually I think that room should be green as you can look towards the back of ship without obstruction and you basically don't have a neighbor to that side. Question is why you made that one orange instead of green?

I've booked 6118 on the Solstice for my cruise in March and was also curious as to why it's been marked yellow/orange instead of green? Is it becasue part of the side is glass and so therefore others can see in?

Thought i'd give you a giggle - currently on hold with Celebrity Aus who have just told me that info on Cruise Critic is 'rubbish' & that posters have only 'generally cruised once or twice' .... on hold to speak to a supervisor!

Can you please let us know how you go? I tried to get my Aus TA to add the package but they said the same thing, not a chance in hell.. which is really unfair when everyone in the States can get it added. At least I've learnt a lesson: Never book with an aussie TA or even Celebrity AU again.

To those who have experience with these packages, say I wanted to shout some mates a round of drinks!? I know the package isn't to be shared, and I'm not wanting to get free drinks for everyone but is it actually possible to buy people drinks if you have the package for yourself?? I'd hate to not be able to shout a few rounds just because I have the package. :/
