Thank you - I actually phoned them yesterday - had to wait 10 mins on line but once through the Cust service rep was very efficient. I had 4 changes which took less time than waiting for them to answer 😀
That's so frustrating - they need to invest in making both the website much more user friendly and I gather there's no mobile app either - which is really inexcusable nowadays for a company that is considered 'luxury'. They really need to up their game from a technology perspective.

Hi, we were first time cruisers on Vista earlier this year and when we tried signing up for the fitness classes (pilates etc.) on day 3 they were fully subscribed. We are booked on Sirena (November) and would welcome any advice how and when is the best time to sign up - can we enrol up prior to sailing?
