  1. Just got an email from Princess with absolutely no explanation just a booking number and a copy of the Princess protection plan brochure. Apparently they have substituted my Aft Penthouse suite D 736 on my cancelled Oct. New England cruise with a Vista suite on deck 17 S110. In my opinion this is nowhere near comparable and I am very disappointed. I thought we were supposed to get comparable cabins when our cruise is cancelled .Not very happy with Princess at the moment.
  2. FYI while checking my future bookings I noticed my complimentary dining was deleted from both my future cruises. I called to have it reinstated and apparently Princess updated their system and a lot of strange things are happening.Just a heads up to check your booking.
  3. I just went on the website to check if any of my cruise prices have been lowered and on all the bookings I tried there are no prices available! This is the first time this has ever happened to me to not see any pricing in any category!
  4. It is now 60 days from time of booking. You need to call Princess directly to get the transfer form e-mailed to you. Then you have to fill it out , sign and return to them.
  5. Does anyone know if there is enough room to access the bedroom when the couch is pulled out in this cabin?
  6. While checking my November 28, 2020 booking to see if my FCC have been added I noticed the final payment date is listed as September 29th. This is only 2 months prior to sailing, has the policy been changed or is this some type of internet glitch?
  7. We are looking to book a premium suite and are wondering if there are any major differences in premium suites . B 102, C102, and D122. Any info would be appreciated
  8. I know the signature suite on the Koningsdam has a Murphy bed that is in the desk area slightly separated by a wall from the main king size bed area. That might be an option for you.
  9. I would like to know if anyone has experience using the Murphy bed that is in the Signature suite. Would it be comfortable for an adult or only suitable for a child? Also for the Neptune suite is breakfast still available in the Pinnacle Grill or is it in Club Orange?
  10. i called my personal cruise consultant from HAL and waited about 30 rings before I got his voice mail. I then left a message that I wanted to cancel my cruise scheduled for Saturday March 14 th. I hope this will be considered a valid method to cancel.
  11. We'll be returning from our Pacific coastal cruise in October and want to know if anyone has experience getting an Uber or Lyft to Orange County. Was it a short wait? Was there surge pricing and where is the designated pick up area? Thanks for helping.
  12. Thanks for all the replies. I finally called Captain's club and a very polite agent named Bree called someone in the sales department and my reservation was finally transfered 2 day later. In total it took one month for the transfer. The reason for the transfer was that I will receive $250 OBC from the travel agent.
  13. Trying to book a discount tour and my info for credit card and address keeps being deleted. It's very frustrating when there is a time limit on the sale and the site is not working
