  1. Instead of wasting any more time on this, I think I’ll do the same as MissBennet and just make purchases over the phone. Maybe Princess will fix the problem someday or I will buy an actual PC! Thanks everyone for your help.
  2. Well that was something I forgot to do. A great suggestion, but the same problem remains.
  3. I tried Firefox and Chrome on iPad. Same result. Thanks for the suggestion.
  4. I can still get into the cruise personalizer, but the same problem remains
  5. I’ve tried both incognito mode and clearing cache. No luck.
  6. I’ve noticed this problem for several weeks. In my Cruise Personalizer, when I select onboard services, then pick, let’s say onboard credits, there is no selection to choose from (see my attached screen shot). Nothing is selectable. Not obc, beverage packages, food and beverage experiences etc. I’m using my iPad. My Wife has the same problem on her iPad. It is the same for all 4 of our pending cruises. Has anyone else been having this issue?
  7. I decided to just cancel the package. FYI, the “Cancel” button on the Cruise Personalizer wouldn’t do anything for me, either on iOS or Windows. I had to chat with a Princess Rep and have him/her do it for me.   8. Before it was eliminated, I bought the New Grounds Coffee Package for my DW back on Feb 1/23 for our Caribbean Princess cruise in October. It is still showing in my Cruise Personalizer under Reservations and Purchases. Does anyone have any recent real world experience with this? Is it still being honoured on board or should I just cancel it, take the refund and have my DW buy coffee A la carte? Thanks in advance for your advice.
  9. Download the app “Cruise Shipmate” and create an account. There is a section that will keep track of past and future cruises under My Cruises. Itineraries are shown. I just looked and there are several Ocean Princess cruises listed from 2010.
  10. We used this Company for our November TA cruise, which was our travel companion’s second time using the Company. Richard picked us up at LHR and drove us to our Hotel in Kensington. A couple of days later, he picked us up at our Hotel and drove us to Southampton.   11. Leaving tomorrow on Celebrity Solstice from Vancouver. We had our tests with Andrew this morning using the Government of Ontario supplied Rapid Response test kits. Andrew was on time and appreciated that we were too. We had everything unopened but ready to go in front of us. He led us step by step through the process. After the test was over, we had our negative results within 5 minutes in our inbox. By far the best virtual testing value available to cruisers.
  12. I’ve been looking for a Sim Card to use in the EU for our westbound TA cruise in November. I came across this company. It is Australian but has a dispatch location in Canada.   13. We’ve been using Brim Mastercard as our daily driver since 2018. Brim charges no foreign transaction fee and it’s basic card has no annual fee. Their World Elite product has no annual fee for a year right now. https://brimfinancial.com/credit-cards

  15. We flew into YVR yesterday and are staying at the Blue Horizon. Cab fare was fixed rate at $34 + tip. We walked to Canada Place today to see Zuiderdam and Discovery Princess in port. We are in our 60’s and wouldn’t consider walking from the Blue Horizon to Canada Place. It’s a bit of a hike with luggage for 17 days away.
