I agree with Shmoo Here. I stated eating on the kids menu for fast food places in September 2022. I was eating on the regular menu a lot but that summer in 2022. I had noticed that my weight gotten high. So I started eating of the kids menu so I could have healthier drinks and sides and small portions of food for lunch. I have even seen a trend of adults on Youtube eating off the kids menu at fast food places. There could be other reasons why adults eat off the kids menu at fast food place. Some do it because its cheaper. Others might do it for health reasons like me.
