  1. We are constantly evaluating our itineraries and strive to provide a variety of options for our guests to make sure we have something for everyone. Last year we offered a series of back-to-backs for 52 Nights that started in Rome and ended in Sydney. I joined for the last leg of that journey in Australia and the feedback was amazing. We are working on more back-to-back opportunities like this, some shorter and some longer. Stay tuned for our new deployment announcement later this fall. Our call centers or your travel partner can also help try to find sailings that can be combined and visit different ports.

  4. Thank you so much for the compliment! We are glad to hear that Summit and Millennium are receiving positive reviews. While I cannot talk specifically about Constellation and Infinity, we have a long-term plan to ensure we are continuously making improvements to our fleet to meet your needs and improve the overall experience onboard. We agree midsized ships are and will continue to be our sweet spot. Our Edge Series is similar in size to our Solstice series. This allows us to offer more of what we are known for at our core; elevated hospitality, dining experiences and accommodations. Stay tuned for announcements about our modernization plans. We are dreaming them up and I can’t wait to share them with all of you.
  5. We don’t have plans to make smaller ships at this time. In terms of designing more sustainable ships, for decades we have been committed to reducing our emissions, bringing us closer to net zero cruising. Our climate strategy is focused on smarter and more efficient technologies, a relentless focus on energy and fuel efficiency, and collaborative partnerships that advance ship design and the development of alternative fuels. We are at a pivotal moment on our journey to net zero cruising. We are shifting to interim fuels like LNG, and pioneering solutions, like fuel cells and biofuels, which can be our future, carbon-free energy platforms. Celebrity Xcel, in fact, will be equipped with a tri-fuel engine capable of running three types of fuel allowing for ultimate fuel flexibility as greener fuels become viable and scalable for our industry. We are working diligently not just to reduce emissions across the fleet, but as part of the Royal Caribbean Group, have a goal of achieving net zero emissions company-wide by 2050.

  7. There is nothing we love more than innovating and dreaming about our next series of ships. As we think through this, we want to ensure that we maintain your favorites while also evolving some concepts and revolutionizing the premium space with new experiences as well. We will look at optimizing our mix of staterooms (a lot more standard balconies than exist on Edge class today) and continue to leverage the latest technologies in marine, fuel, entertainment, digital and more. We are so excited to introduce Celebrity Xcel in 2025, which will be powered with the first tri-fuel capable engine inclusive of the flexibility to use methanol (a company first!).

With Perfect Day at CocoCay being the #1 rated destination out of any port the Royal Caribbean Group visits, we are definitely focused on new ways to visit the island. We are constantly evaluating our itinerary offerings and looking for new and exciting destinations for our guests to experience. We do not currently have plans to visit Africa, but it is definitely something we are discussing.
  9. Thanks for the feedback on destinations and itineraries of interest. The majority of our 11N Greece, Italy, and Turkey sailings on Ascent start and end in Rome and include overnights in Istanbul. This itinerary also includes visits to the Greek Islands, just not Athens. In Summer 2025, we are offering itineraries including Istanbul across each ship class as well (Infinity, Equinox, & Ascent). Stay tuned for our May 2026 through May 2027 Deployment for all products opening later this year. We will take this great feedback for future deployments.
  10. We are constantly evolving our menu offerings and will certainly take your feedback to expand our gluten free options back to our F&B team to address. We always want to ensure that no matter your dietary preferences or restrictions, our guests are always receiving the same high-quality meals we pride ourselves on. We are sorry to hear on Beyond we weren’t able to get it right. For your next sailing, I would recommend notifying the Maitre'd in the MDR that you are gluten free so they can ensure you have a standing order for gluten-free bread for the duration of your voyage.
  11. Thank you for your feedback. In our double occupancy rooms, we welcome single travelers, and add a supplement for the unused occupancy. At times, that supplement is discounted versus the standard fare for doubles. Our guests are our priority and when rules aren’t enforced, our team is trained to address the guests privately, so we don’t interrupt other guests.
  12. Thanks to all who shared their feedback on the veranda furniture. We appreciate your feedback and are always committed to enhancing the guest experience – your experience. We made some changes to the veranda furniture based on guest needs and preferences and now understand that opinions vary widely on this topic. We are actively exploring additional options to ensure the best possible experience for all our guests.
  13. We are so glad you had such a wonderful experience onboard Celebrity Summit last summer! The 7N Bermuda sailings are now offered on Solstice class; Eclipse in Summer 2024 and Silhouette in Summer 2025.
  14. When it comes to revolutionizing our ships, our guests are always top of mind. While some of our ships may not have these updates today, we have a long-term plan to ensure we are continuously making improvements to our fleet to meet your needs and improve the overall experience onboard. We will be making some announcements about modernizations in the coming months, so stay tuned.
  15. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our crew are trained to enforce the rules onboard, and we will certainly re-evaluate training measures to ensure this is emphasized. We always want to ensure that all our guests are enjoying their vacation in a respectful and enjoyable way.
  16. Thank you for continuing to choose to sail with us. We are continuously working on our menu variety whether that is rotating the menu items based on guest feedback or giving our chefs onboard the creative freedom to experiment and make the dishes we offer their own. Whenever you find yourself craving something on one of our MDR menus, but want to stay in the comfort of Luminae, we can have the food prepared and brought to you directly in Luminae. If you’re on an Edge Series ship this includes anything from Tuscan, Cosmopolitan, Cyprus, or Normandie. We will take this feedback back to the team too. We appreciate the feedback and are constantly looking for ways to elevate the experience on board for our guests.

To bring quality wines into alignment with our current drink packages, we’ve recently created an internal wine division (a first for Celebrity!) to specifically focus on our overall wine selection with an emphasis on bringing value back to the packages and you, our guests. Our new wine division team is constantly traveling to new destinations to discover and include more quality wines, keeping our guest preferences at the forefront. As we introduce more of these options to the fleet, we can’t wait for you all to take your first sip! In fact, we have added so many new wines to the packages that you need to book and join us to try them. I look forward to hearing what you think.
  18. As part of the Celebrity service standard, each stateroom includes a fully stocked mini bar to ensure these items are as accessible as possible for our guests. If you let your stateroom attendant know at the beginning of your voyage you would like to clear the items out to avoid any cost confusions at the end of your voyage, they are happy to do so.
  19. We always want our guests to provide us with their honest feedback so that we can continuously enhance our experience and offerings. The post-cruise survey is one of the best tools we have to truly understand what we do well and what needs improvement. We do not interpret ratings less than 10 as a failure, nor do we expect to always receive 10s. We constantly strive to be better and to provide our guests with their dream vacation, so we encourage you to answer honestly.
  20. We have recently adapted our All-Included package offerings to add enhanced flexibility and choice, while still including our guests’ most preferred amenities – Classic Drinks and Basic Wi-Fi. This aligns to the evolving needs of our guests, as it allows us the flexibility to express personal appreciation to our amazing crew members by providing tips any way they choose – adding it at the time of booking, or doing it onboard -- giving guests more choice. We also offer Cruise-Only Rates, our lowest available fares that include our world-class amenities like accommodation, dining, entertainment, onboard activities and much more.
  21. The pandemic was definitely a tough period for the entire cruise industry, and we are incredibly fortunate to have our ships sailing again. What’s important is that we are back with our entire fleet, offering safe and amazing vacations all around the world and we are fully committed to continuously enhancing our services and offerings to not just meet but exceed your expectations.
  22. To accommodate guests under the age of 16 during colder weather, the Solarium does offer family hours on select sailings in Alaska, The Baltics and Antarctica from 5-7 p.m. daily. Our goal always is for everyone to have a positive experience. While there are some instances where this could change, we will do our best to make sure you have ample notice to make sure you can plan around this for a better cruise experience.
  23. I can definitively say no, we are not chasing a younger demographic. We are working every day to elevate our experience for YOU. That experience is focused on elevated hospitality, premium food and drink options (we have done an extensive update to our wine program in the premium beverage package – make sure to try it next time you are onboard), beautiful new destinations, and unique experiences. The current Celebrity guest will always be our north star. Depending on the time of year, we do (and always have) carry more families. That happens during Spring Break, peak summertime, and during holidays. The future for Celebrity Cruises is to deliver experiences to our guests that they didn’t know they needed, and once experienced, cannot live without.

Pricing for The Retreat is inclusive of Premium WiFi, Premium Drinks, dedicated butler service, Luminae restaurant, and an exclusive sundeck and lounge that make you feel like you have the ship to yourself. We’ve also recently added more perks and amenities to The Retreat than ever before.

And while I can’t tell you everything, I can share that it will include several brand-new experiences that we are so excited about. So, stay tuned! While we continue to offer a variety of 14+ night itineraries visiting remarkable destinations including Australia, India, Japan, Fiji, and the Panama Canal - we will certainly take this feedback to the team to evaluate further options.
