Our pre-cruise portion in Istanbul for $2000 was not offered as part of the FCC. Has anyone had their pre-cruise be part of the FCC? That is a loss right off of $2000 if we changed and we booked it through Oceania. Does anyone have concerns about being in Turkey for 3 days and visiting the tourist sights?

We are will be sailing on the Allure out of Galveston. We are wanting to know what a coke/sprite on board costs, a glass of wine, a premium coffee, and a mixed drink cost on this ship. It would help to know the price of a few of these to figure out the value of the drink packages offered.
