Yes, I know all that. Willing to pay for seat selection. I log into Air Canada and I can retrieve our booking with no problem. I have ticket numbers and flight confirmation number. Air Canada shows my flights have been ticketed, so that’s not a problem. The only problem is when I choose to select seats. My Air Canada app also shows our flights in 42 days but will not let me select seats.

Well, that’s interesting! I also have our ticket numbers and Air Canada displayed our booking. When I choose Seat Selection this is where it sends me back to EZAir. I guess we’ll get it figured out. So frustrating!

Thanks, but Air Canada is weird. They won’t let me do it because we booked with EZAir. We always book directly with the airline but this time we had a ton of FCC to use up so our CVP suggested we add the flights with our booking. Would you happen to have a direct phone number to EZAir? Who do we call in case of a flight delay, cancellation or emergency while at the airport? How do we get in touch with them while at sea regarding return flights? Sorry, but I’m just confused with this. Thank you so much.

Final payment was in May and e ticket has been issued. Our cruise is in 42 days. Seat selection is the only problem. I’ll call our CVP.

We were able to view our e ticket yesterday. However, I tried to book seats with Princess online and it said seat selection not available so I went to Air Canada, retrieved our booking and it said we can’t select seats because of third party booking. Could someone please tell me how to select seats in this case. Thank you.

We don’t have any issue with it being a gay group. One of our grandchildren is gay and they and their friends are frequent visitors to our home and we love them to bits. Our issue is the potential of taking over certain venues and the noise factor. Large groups of men can get pretty loud and boisterous. And, combine that with alcohol, their behaviour can become quite raunchy. If we can get spots in the Sanctuary for the week, we’ll be very happy with that. Much quieter and more relaxing. Dining is not an issue for us. We shall see what happens in the next few days.

Just heard back from our CVP and she’s working with Princess to come up with something to make us happy. I’ll let you know when I hear what their offer is.

Thank you for your kind words. It’s been a stressful year with my DH health issues and we really needed a quiet week at sea. Now, only 44 days away, and this happens.

My husband is a breath away from cancelling. If they would refund the full cost of the cruise, including our EZAir reservation, then we’re out. We’re pretty disappointed right now.

Yup, that’s what we think, too. I don’t give a flying fig what adults do in private. We chose this itinerary because we thought it would be a quiet and relaxing cruise. A Caribbean cruise should be more appealing to people who go to party. Guess we were wrong.

Apparently there is a way of tracking charter cruises, but I don’t know if the same can be said for large groups. Our CVP is checking it out. She thinks that Princess may do something for us. Who knows. We’ll see how this plays out and then decide if we cancel or not.

Thanks, guys. I’m waiting to hear back from our CVP. She going to try to secure us a spot in the Sanctuary for the week so we don’t have to be around the other pools. I doubt if Princess will go for it, though. We've pre—booked specialty restaurants for every night, so no MDR. We’re only concerned about the noise level when you get a large group of men in one venue at the same time. Had we known in advance, we would not have booked this cruise. I should have done my due diligence before booking so my bad.

I just found out that our cruise has been chartered by Chumley’s Bear group. Does anyone have any experience with this group or have any info to share? If we had known it was a charter, we would have never booked it. Even our CVP didn’t know. What can we expect?

Our August cruise more than doubled in price after final payment. Be very careful.

I pray that this innocent boy is located quickly and unharmed. It’s really quite alarming that he was allowed to disembark the ship without an adult escort. I fear that this will not bode well for Princess regardless of the outcome. His safe return is paramount.

Good for your sons wanting to dress up! Although they may be in the minority, don’t let that stop them. I love to see men dressed well, and women, too. We also like to look nice when we dine. Makes it feel a little more special. We’ll be on Enchanted next month and really looking forward to it.

Second night and second to last night. We’re also sailing Enchanted on this itinerary in August and this is our formal nights.
