Royal caribbean perks are different depending on which class of ship and which kind of suite. Without knowing the ship and suite we dont even know what perks you are getting. Too vague imo regarding royal. Some suites on some ships get included wifi, some dont. Some get ck some dont. Older ships especially have fewer perks. If I couldn't get ck i wouldn't bother. Those oasis class with ck also have 11 to 11 wine and beer in the suite lounge, older ships do not. I would guess no matter what you got haven or yacht club are better, but who knows how to compare perks when we dont know what you booked on royal.

I did a 11 am ish flight time came into miami and left from ft Lauderdale. We did uber. Be careful of those SUV uber sitting outside. We didnt see rhe 30% surcharge sign on it and it was quite high maybe $150 -and more with tip. We just jumped into the next one in line not noticing the surcharge sign for a suv size. I waited until air2sea had prices and called to see what they wanted from rome to orlando. $1510 was the cheapest one way. Round trip to your port might be less, prices are coming down I've heard. But prepare yourself for a shock, the flight costs more than my solo fare in a balcony for 13 days .. though the other legs do cost more. But still to me that's a expensive flight. And that's the starting fare, up from there. I decided not to fly to orlando, just flying to miami and getting home on brightline from miami. Depends on your airport too if it's a international hub.

Just make sure you are in line early to be off by then. People line up early. Only 1 time I wasnt off before 7 am and it was a special cruise where we went to colon Panama and they made everyone go thru regular customs not the facial recognition. Put more simply for 20 years I've only done cruises and ship tours where you meet very close to the ship and they take you back to the ship. These viator excursions seem to meet and end all over the place, not like ship tours. That's what's new to me. I never booked excursionsmi did on my own. I'm a experienced cruiser but never did another country where english isnt the first language on my own. That's the scary and new part for me. The viator tours meet all over the place. Day 3 is pretty easy and interesting buildings near my hotel .. that one isnt churches. But 2 days are vatican tours.. I just dont really know what to expect, but I will figure it out. I'm reading everything. Taking it all in. No worries. It's just harder than a cruise excursion where you walk off the ship and meet and they bring you back. .. but I'll figure out transportation somehow. My uber was only to and from merritt island. $21.44 to the port. $26.99 back. .. I guess those uber are to mco. My excursion specifically says no backpacks, no large purses, etc. I can get the exact wording but says cant bring a large purse or backpack to hold them up from going through security fast. I travel light so usually not a issue.

Actually it's the opposite I'm worried about first. My first excursion starts at santa maria Marjorie, which someone on the carnival board said they liked so I googled it and it was attached to st Peter and then ends with a tour of st john. I signed up, no clue why he liked it. But I'm worried about getting from st John's back to the hotel. First days excursion. Really rome wasnt even on my bucket list, but I wanted to see greece, so I am saying on to see greece, the last stop is rome. I dont like italian food and so I'm sure this isnt helping but people said if you are in rome stay and see rome. I'm irish and English.. ireland and others places like greece and iceland I want to see, rome wasnt even on my wish list. Im protestant irish. No catholic roots. I was in the same port last saturday and it started 7 am on the dot. Literally they counted down to 7 am and started leading suites and key members off at 7, then the rest right behind them. So get in line early, they lined up the suitcases and that was the order we disembarked.

I was also told write down my hotel and address for the taxi drivers in case we have trouble understanding each other. I'm at the albergo santa chiara hotel which is behind the Coliseum I think but maybe it's the parthenon hahahaha. I'm still not really seeing a map in my head and my imagination cant imagine rome. .. yet. But I'll get better before I get there. All I can do is map stuff and do my best. 2 of my excursions I have to get to the vatican area..and first one ends a different place than it starts so learn 2 maps. My first time booking private excursions, me solo female. Its nough for me that I'm trying and will do my best. I have plenty of friends wouldnt try rome on their own. Hopefully taxi are plentiful if it's too far to walk. I dont know. Everything is booked except shuttles. But I'm a little tired of reading how if someone booked nonrefundable it's their fault, icon sept 28 got cancelled, a new ship and expensive. I'd like people to be a little more sympathetic and show that they have feelings, not all this well it's your fault if you booked nonrefundable...not the place to be mean when someone just got notified their cruise got cancelled. Everything is booked and locked in though I almost didnt get a royalcaribbean excursion in athens they booked up like magic. One spot came open and I grabbed it. I'm doing royal excursions both legs. Fingers crossed. I dont want to hear the posters saying we told you not to book that way, we told you so. Cruise critic is so critical. So I waited to book air and hotels until june, 11 months out. I wanted air booked before I booked a hotel. The cruises were booked as soon as they were available. Then I had to sit on my hands until last june.

I just got off baby sized adventure of the seas to Bermuda. I wanted to overnight in Bermuda so booked it. Not for the ship. The Two Tenors was a hit. My fsvorite was I went to the finals for adult karaoke. I'll be honest they were all great. I am so glad I didnt only see the final winner, I saw the top ten. 3 women were awesome, but the best 2 split the popular vote and a religious song won by a smidgen. So seeing the best imo not just the winner was a awesome show. So I am not again pax talent. I am pretty sure on carnival before covid I saw some talent shows by talented pax who I also enjoyed. Comedians...not my thing. But I'd watch a talent show or adult karaoke winners show.
