  1. Well the doors were locked off with a sign that said no entrance until after 1:30. 🤷‍♀️
  2. Hopefully FTTF is worth it on the larger ships. I am on Sunshine now, and at my 11 am checkin we were told by the gal checking us in that we could go straight to our room and our luggage would be there shortly. Unfortunately, that was untrue. Was not able to check into the room until everyone else, and we are still waiting for luggage 5 hrs later. So I essentially gave Carnival $90 for nothing. 😔 If Carnival is not going to be able to do what they say, they need to stop offering the service.
  3. You make an excellent point, CruisingAgain! Any way to speed up embarkation a little bit per person can make a real impact on the process overall for everyone. We just used Verifly a few weeks ago in Charleston and it was very smooth and quick. I have already set up all of my future cruises on my Verifly app except for my COVID test results of course. Will see how it goes again when I cruise in June!
  4. Wow, since I didn't get anything showing they extended again, I didn't try any further. Hate I missed out. 😭
  5. We sailed on Sunshine in February and again last week. We did notice changes, and talking with a couple of the crew it sounded like they are dealing with a bit of a crew shortage. Adding to that the costs of stocking the ship has increased dramatically. So I do agree with you and saw a lot of the same changes. I think it is good to share these changes so folks are not surprised. Sure hated to get that tough leather instead of the filet during our sea day brunch, but again we understand and adjusted and still had a great time.
  6. I am having the same issues all evening. I recently added a mom/daughter cruise to our bookings, and it hit me that I should add internet access. So the cost difference will not be tremendous, but would still be nice to have that savings. I hope Carnival extends this again and cleans up the glitch.
