  1. I also sent them an email with picture of the shower stool included. Asked if this was the best they could do. Someone needs to step up and take responsibility for the dumb decision on the whole balcony furniture fiasco.
  2. Me too. I just did. See below. "Thank you everyone, who knew that footstools would be such a hot topic on the forum and yet I completely understand. If you are in need of a footstool, and that was not part of your room design, please ask your stateroom attendant and they will source one for you. We want to ensure your comfort and will do all that we can to accommodate. Have a great day! " Maybe Lisa should get out to the fleet and explain why this isn't happening.
  3. Since I started this post here is my experience. I got a call from Celebrity and we discussed this issue. We are sailing on the Millennium B2B in November/December. The person I talked to, said they would contact the ship and request foot stools for us. The person called me back and said all the foot stools had been taken off the ship and there would be none available. Are you saying they are available?
  4. Are they only in suites or AQ and C class cabins also?
  5. The footstools are essential for those with leg and other health issues, that require elevation. Copy that!
  6. Why have the foot stools been removed from Aqua and Concierge cabins on the Millennium class ships?
  7. Good questions. I would also like the answers.
  8. We have done it in the Main Dining room. Just asked the wine steward.
  9. From our starboard side balcony. From where ever you see it, it's a spectacular sailaway
  10. Place a small bet on 0 and 00 just to cover yourself. I know it may cost you, but better than losing it all.
  11. The scones with strawberry jam and whipped cream are also great.
  12. We sailed the Solstice two years ago to New Zealand and then the Sidney to HNL leg. Just got off the Solstice doing HNL to Vancouver BC. So you have some context, we have over 40 cruises on various lines, most with Celebrity. On both cruises we found the ship, crew, food and overall experience very good. There will always be isolated cases where some has a bad experience and has to write about it. I think you will enjoy the Solstice and your cruise.
