Thanks! We did a tour to Cinque Terre and it took like 2 hours each way! My husband has vetoed that drive (ride) ever again! Thanks for the info! Are there still other shops in that area? While we loved that shop....that wasn't the only reason we were thinking about visiting that area. It just looked like a fun area to explore. (But that was the only shop we visited on the tour so the only way I knew to describe the area. ) Sad though that it closed. I would have guessed the pandemic got it but from the date of the article it looks like it died before the pandemic. Is it really "walkable" to get from the ship to that area? Any good lunch restaurant to suggest? Thanks so much for the great information!!!

The only other time we have been in Gibraltar we had a very quick stop at a glass factory/shop. It looked like a great area to shop, sit at a sidewalk cafe, etc. However, since this was a quick stop on a tour....I have no idea what area it was. Anyone know what that area is called? How close to cruise terminal? Any other helpful info? TIA

What ship and sail date are you looking at on your app? That info might help folks help you!

If you have booked under the Kids Sail Free promo but then the child can't go.... What do you do? What happens? If you cancel before final payment do they move you to another room? (Only 2 now going.) If you cancel before final payment do they reprice you? (same room or new room?) If you don't cancel before final payment and child is a "no show" what happens? Do they reprice you at the pier? Do they refund any port taxes & fees? What about any prepaid gratuities? I have never booked a "Kids Sail Free" and have close family members in this situation and I do not know what type of advice to give them. Please only give actual experience for yourselves or definite answers if a family member. Any TAs have experience with this I am happy to hear your clients' experience from you. We will be in Gibraltar for a very short day. We have done the Top the Rock with the apes before and it was fine. However, we have one lady in our group who is fearing the ape visit. Are there other tours around Gibraltar that don't involve the apes? Any company recommendations appreciated. Also, our last (and only other time there) we stopped "downtown" for a very quick stop at a glass factory/shop. It looked like a fun area to eat/shop, etc. How far is that from the ship? Doable by taxi? What time do the shops open? We have a very early afternoon "all aboard". Any recommended shops or early lunch spot? Thanks to all for any insight/recommendations, etc.
