Thanks for the reply---but my problem is not getting to Miami. It is getting from the Port Tunnel to the RCCL terminal (Terminal A) and its luggage drop/garage.

My wife and I have November cruise on RCCL Oasis of the Seas. We live in Northern Palm Beach County --so we took a drive to see the setup at the Port of Miami. Traffic from the tunnel to RCCL luggage drop off at 11AM was a disaster--took over 45 minutes. Lots of construction trucks and cruise traffic. How long will this continue? Can you go driectly to parking garage and bring your luggage from garage? Thanks
