Cruising Alaska starting June 18th on Niew Amsterdam. Does HAL provide binoculars and umbrellas in each stateroom.

Thanks for all the replies. It certainly seems to be a Latitudes perk (non perk) that is non existent. I guess no one complains even though it is in black and white! I am more of a Celebrity cruiser and they deliver on their published tier perks.

I am Platinum level, leaving on the Pearl from Boston to Bermuda in mid May. In Latitudes club, I am eligible for help from the on board concierge for help with booking reservations. Can anyone tell me where the concierge office is on the ship?

What can I expect in the way of a room. Can anybody tell me their experience with a guarantee booking?

A quick question. I haven't returned from a Caribbean cruise since before covid. I can sadly remember some very long lines! Does the port have Global Entry kiosks?

Thanks for the great replies! I am traveling with another couple who have a check in window an hour after mine. How strict are they concerning the check in time being adhered to? Can we check in together?

I haven't cruised since Covid began. I am on the Equinox sailing on March 18th. I know there have been lots of changes. Can anyone give me a run down on the process at Fort Lauderdale. I have been assigned a check in time window; info on picture, room key card? Is the process shortened?
