  1. Unfortunately this is not just a Celebrity IT issue. We had the exact same thing happen to us on b2b cruises we booked direct with Princess last year. We ended up having to cancel the second segment of the b2b. I know it is frustrating and disappointing.
  2. I was on the ship last week and I thought the ship was in great condition and the service was more than amazing. I did notice a handful of windows clouded over, but nothing that bothered me at all. Still an amazing ship in my opinion.
