  1. Your question has probably been answered by now, but Princess told me I could refuse to fill in any data for the offshore credit card and just go to the Green lane anyway. I would have my medallion and no one would care or know so that is what I intend to do this February.
  2. When I began to use the stockperks app it wanted me to check a box that if after giving them my account name and password, they would take no responsibility if anyone used the info and my funds were stolen. No way am I giving them access to my accounts for some OBC. This may make me think hard about my long association with Princess and we are long time Elite cruisers.
  3. FYI - I have the same issue so the first thing I do is request that the soft topper be removed from the bed. Room steward has always been happy to do so.
  4. We were on the September 26 sailing to Alaska and Darko was definitely the concierge.
  5. We just sailed in a suite on the Majestic and yes, suite nightly drinks are still available. We really enjoy the 24 hour coffee machine with continental breakfast items and snacks the rest of the day. Coffee machine made expresso, caffe latte, cappucino's, etc. and the best part was my husband could step across to the lounge and delivery my early morning coffee without standing in the lines at the International Cafe. No room service necessary!
  6. Surprisingly, I have been able to pre-book my first night reservation on my last several cruises on the app. The credit of $78.00 showed and the charge was zero. We are sailing Sept 16 on the Majestic and could not book on the app on the iphone so I used the web version as if I had no smartphone it worked. Could not find any openings for The Catch so I am hopeful that I will be able to make a reservation once on board with the concierges' help. You might try using the web version and see if works for you that way.
  7. The new list of suite benefits now list "OceanNow delivery and crew call chat for whatever you need from food to service" - doesn't sound like they expect suites to pay for any room service.

As of this morning, I checked the new list of suite benefits and it now states that "OceanNow delivery and Call Chat included for whatever you need from food to service" so I can not see how they can possible charge. I plan on printing out the "new " brochure and bringing it with me next month but I honestly did not expect that they would have charged for those things in the suites.
  9. But the fine print excludes flightseeing tours. We have always been refunded our other tours immediately upon boarding but have never reserved a flightseeing tour so I assume we will not be refunded the 10% for that tour
  10. Labor Day Sale is online this morning. Checked my next 3 cruises that are posted under the sale and none have a change a price decrease.
  11. Thank you for posting this. We have a flightseeing tour on our Alaska cruise next month and you have saved me much time standing in line looking for my 10% credit on this shore excursion since I never read the fine print until you posted it so clearly.
  12. If you mean where did I see this info I spoke to them, an actual live person in the states with no wait. All of my cruises have disappear from my app. so I was concerned enough to call since we cruise in several weeks.
  13. Princess is having issues with the entire system and reports that they are working on it and should be up within 24 hours

We sail September 16 - we are in a suite which I mention only because I guess I will have to go down to the kitchen and pick up dinner myself if I chose to order from the menus (something which we have never done) Something about how they made sure to include notice that they had the right to change or revoke any offer that we had previous booked under just doesn't sit right with me. Feels like they giving me the middle one and telling me I had just better learn to like it.
