  1. I Rebook and get the FCC. The ORC plus the FCC pays for the cruise. I’d pick a cruise no earlier than one sailing in November. Sent from my iPad using Forums
  2. I had the same problem. On hold 2.5 hours before I spoke to a rep. She was very pleasant but had to Send me to the resolutions dept. I was on hold about one half hour. The rep was very nice but her computer couldn’t handle the problem so she had to contact some supervisor. After another half hour she promised the problem would be resolved but I would have to wait a while and check my email. About three hours later I checked and the problem was resolved. The future cruise credit was applied to my new booking plus the FTC from my cancelled cruise. Sent from my iPad using Forums

  4. Ceasars Casino changes will probably be the same as cruise ship casinos: TABLE GAMES Positions will be limited at each table to allow for appropriate social distancing. Three players per blackjack / pai gow / carnival game table Four players per roulette / poker table Six players per craps table Guests will not be able to congregate behind players at a gaming table. Where possible, procedures have been adjusted to allow only dealers to touch cards. High touch gaming items (dice, chips, etc.) will be routinely disinfected,
  5. I get the drinks on us package so I don’t bother to pay for the cheers package. I wouldn’t drink that much during the day to justify the cost. On my next cruise I get the fee drinks anywhere package. Sent from my iPad using Forums
  6. OBC is a one-time offer which is not cumulative. Most of the responses deal with FCC, which was not what the poster asked.
  7. Been on it twice recently. Smaller ship excellent for those not interested in water slides and loud crowds. Older crowd, no big Broadway shows, but good buffet and restaurants. The boat is clean.
  8. I'm a type 2 with no underlying health issues. I have a cruise booked for September. I'm not worried. I believe the cruise lines will provide more detailed information about what "fit to cruise" means.
  9. I go to the print documents and all I see is the OBC credit with the offer. I don't see any FCC credits.
  10. You mean logical? Sent from my iPad using Forums
  11. Princess just released a detailed announcement regarding changes made in response to Covid-19 to futures cruises. It is not clear as to how over 70 passengers are affected. Anyone have any news about doctor’s Ok? Sent from my iPad using Forums
  12. I had the same issue on Carnival. called the resolution department around 8:00pm, didn’t wait too long and told the representative my problem. He told me he would get the change taken care of as soon as I paid my deposit on the new booking. Hope you have good luck with Norwegian. Sent from my iPad using Forums
  13. Paid $588.64 for a June 6 cruise. It included free drinks anytime and a $780 on board credit. Basically a free cruise with free booze. In any event, I cancelled and requested 100% refund. There are other good deals for later in the year, but I'm going to wait and see what happens regarding the virus issue.
  14. I get offered deals all the time. I'm a solo traveler so I pay a higher rate for the cruise. However, the offers are great. My last one was $500 for a spa room, $600 OBC, and free drinks all day. I might add that I spend a lot of time and money in the casino.
  15. Saudi Public Trust bought 45,508,895 shares of Carnival Stock. 8.2% of the company. Carnival will stay afloat.
