An update from me, we booked a Britannia balcony (BF) on a Saver fare 40 days before sailing. We had a free upgrade to BE when the cabin was allocated and today, 11 days before sailing we had our Upgrade bid to Britannia Club accepted. Club has been showing Sold Out since we booked.

It's 2 of your choice from a selection of spirits or wine for in cabin consumption. If you don't drink wine, you can have rum. It may be 1 bottle for a short cruise. They are usually replaced once consumed.
