  1. We usually take everything out of the mini-fridge, [we usually don't drink any of it], and put it all on top of the mini-fridge and leave a note [or tell him/her] to replace it with our choices. Have been successful each and every time with no issues!
  2. True, and you'd get more if you select the Premier Package.
  3. There were door decorations that were cute, comical and just in good taste! BUT, some were just offensive! Some people just ruin it for everyone!
  4. We’ve been cruising since 2003, on NCL, Royal, Celebrity, Princess, and if I had a question, or an issue, a quick call to the cruise line would provide an answer or a resolution. Simple and quick! Not nowadays, customer service has changed over the years, and not for the better.
  5. boy, what professionals they have answering phone calls,[1-800-774-6237] if they don't have an answer to your question, they simply hang-up! This happened on several different calls with different questions. Can' answer it, just hang up on the caller.

  9. Checked the new app, nowhere does it show where to select a boarding pass. And from what I've read here--- not needed. Also, the new app doesn't allow you to print the luggage tags, the old app did.

  18. Like I've told here on CC, if you win your bid, and you accept it, you're stuck with whatever you get. If you don't like what you get: Can't cancel!
  19. Because of all the issues we had with the Princess app and the website I'm not going to change anything. We have the infamous Green Lane for both of us, everything is "complete", all good to go, got our luggage tags, etc. If I start to make changes (win the bid, for example), it just may screw everything up.

  22. For us location is important and not knowing where may be an issue. We are also all set, got green line status, check-in ok, got our luggage tags, medallions to be shipped, and now to change the reservation just may screw up the works!
