Yes, Call. When I’ve done online, it took a long time to post and I ended up calling to speed up process.

Call Captains Club and it’s one of the options on this call. It goes right on after your call

We were on Reflection 12/17-12/23. There were a couple House bands and both were great. Also loved the Reflection Jazz Band who played in the Ensemble lounge. Once your app for your cruise opens up with the names of the bands- post them and you would get more feed back

Currently on the Reflection, one of our favorite ships - we have over 50 cruises with Celebrity. Ship, staff, dining, entertainment great as usual. However, surprised and disappointed with the new wine upcharges, as noted here. Last evening, voiced our displeasure to an F&B manager making his rounds. Asked, why would Celebrity ever risk alienating guests with such an inane, clumsy pricing change. He sighed, acknowledged hearing many negative comments and then politely informed me that ships' staff input was not considered and that the reason for the change, wait for it now, was that "the price of the drink package has been lowered". Poor guy. Perhaps others may want to express their thoughts to the good folks who are on land in management.

I’ve done this several times and never had any problems when I called vs doing it myself online. It shows on your cruise planner very quickly . When I did it myself online, it took several months to see it online.

We loved the Coffee Lounge at Le Bistro! The pastries were wonderful! It has the same menu as the other ships and full bagels not the mini ones.

It’s great! Drop your luggage off first outside Terminal G and drive to Parking garage and terminal is right in front of the terminal. Just find out if you pay for parking in parking garage or once cruise is done - outside.
