Lots of good options. Thanks all. We were gifted some excellent wines so may bring 4 and hope they will deliver on last day of first leg. I may call and will report back here what I'm told.

We have a B2B cruise booked for next month. As you are permitted 2 bottles of wine per cruise, can we bring 4? If not, any work arounds?

As someone who spends at least a month a year in Rome, I respectfully disagree with Americans/Canadians not knowing about Trastevere. The streets are full of them! For a covid test look for a white tent outside of a pharmacy which is designated by a green cross. Go inside the pharmacy, pay for the test (€25) and have it done inside the tent. Most do not require appointments but a few do.
