Greetings from Whitebridge Wines from those of you who I know visit here and those we are tempting to join us some time for a CC meet up. An excellent wine tasting event ... just need to eat now and then sleep !!

We may find a nice red....... or two. Sadly Mr Presto2 is driving so think of him. 😀

A really sharp frost here today. Looks like the poor fuschia in the back garden will be hibernating for another year after this. Well us Presto2s are off wine tasting today at Whitebridge Wines. Will think of you all and raise a glass or two;-) Enjoy the sunshine.....if you have some. And to those of you crusing .. enjoy the day and may the sea be kind 😀

So pleased you've had an amazing cruise so far.

It all looks incredible - what an amazing experience and reminds is of why we wanted to cruise. Not to go on a flow rider or just a resort at sea, but for adventures and to see amazing places. Must admit, it is making us ponder a northern lights cruise - something we would never have thought about before - and Aurora looks like a beautiful small ship. (Rather like an old tin can we used to know .....)

It was 2 hrs when we were in Lapland so it is Pando time ...... enjoy.

Good grief that's not a lot of day light at all. Am guessing it gets worse as you get closer to December. You are 2 hours ahead aren't you now?

Hi Pete, just wondering how much day light you are getting. We are hoping to go to Lapland again but when we normally go its Feb half term and light from 8.30 - 4pm ish. Don't want to go in half term any more though - silly money - so trying to work out the best time option for day light 🙂

If that's the case I wonder if Guest Services would print some .. or the excursions desk organise something. Just a thought.

Hope tonight's experience in the MDR was better and that you have had a great view of the northern lights. We've been to Yllas in Finnish Lapland about 7 times in February and have yet to see them so we will be jealous !!!

Am with her on this one. I don't drink anything with caffeine in and its a pain when it comes to soft drinks on the ships. The teabags are there but some horrible posh stuff that's like drinking something unmentionable. I need my Yorkshire Decaff bags 😀

Have placed where you live now Rupert. We don't use tour Estate you'll be glad to know but face the daily drive from the northern end to the southern end every day. Won't miss that when we finish.

I find my mind drifting on an open.road when it's straight and I'm doing snail speed. In some areas it is needed but some not so am hoping they evaluate it and councils tweak some.roads. What annoys me is those who over take me or sit so close to my back bumper to encourage me to go quicker.

Totally agree. Celebrity prices are not cheap so to add this on top of service charges is what we call asking for silly money.

Just as well you don't live in Wales or you'd never sleep. It's bizzare here .... no words can sum it up. Seriously though good on you Josy. Drived me mad when we keep to the speed limit at home and in Wales and get abuse!

We went in lime for our PE seats st midnight and finally got through at about 1.30am. We are glad we stayed up and waited..

Hi we are thinking about a cruise on Apex for early 2025. We are just wondering if the set up is still the same as it was pre Covid when we were in EDGE in terms of how to book the restaurants each evening. Ie we booked our choice of the 4 MDRs before we went and were able to change them on the app once on board if we wanted to. We loved that system. Thanks
